Featured amenities include a business center, express check-in, and express check-out. 10,0 Excellent
Pros: We loved our stay here. Our family can't wait to return! We loved the pools, the closeness to the park (our room over looked it!) and the on site character breakfast. Also loved the bunk beds for kids
Cons: There is a Loud speaker in the park that they do announcements on. You could here that muffled early in AM or late at night from our room. Needs a new shower head.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The staff coupled with the location to the Disneyland parks makes this a very desirable place to stay. I have stayed here for the last 3 visits to Disneyland.
Cons: The prices that this hotel gets are mind boggling. As one that was willing to pay for the convenience of the location and being treated well by the staff, knowing I am being ripped off but still had a smile on my face. Guess that about sums up a Disney vacation.
9,1 Excellent
Pros: The lobby was beautiful, the service was excellent, the location was perfect for visiting the parks and downtown Disney, and the room was big.
Cons: While the room was large, it wasn't anything amazing for the price.
5,7 Okay
Pros: Location check
Cons: Check in process issues Poor staff experience Staff look terrible, so many obese people, also too many electric scooters for over weight people. Paid for a perm view never received it and did not get any compensation.
Disneyland Hotel - Anaheim - Bedroom

9,1 Excellent (5 237 reviews)
R9 720+
Overview Reviews
Located in Anaheim (Anaheim Resort), Disneyland Hotel is within a 15-minute walk of Downtown Disney® District and Disneyland®. Featured amenities include a business center, express check-out, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Planning an event in Anaheim? This resort has facilities measuring 136000 square feet (12635 square meters), including conference space. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
9,7 Excellent
Pros: Our room was great, and so was every cast member.
Cons: I couldnt buy the throw pillow which was on each bed.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Disney's design time does a fantastic job of making the rooms, the lobbies, and atmosphere feel very much like you're experiencing Disneyland the entire time you're there. The customer service is also exceptionally good.
Cons: Honestly, there wasn't much I didn't like. I'm spoiled, and I don't want to stay anywhere else when I go to Disneyland now. However, there is one thing. It's clear that, that hotel, even though it's been renovated multiple times, is getting old. Simple things like there being low ceilings (and I'm only 6', so I can't imagine how taller people feel about them) show off that it might be outgrowing itself. We stayed in Frontier Tower, so the experience might be different on the others.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I pretty much LOVED everything about the Disneyland Hotel ... The hype is true
Cons: We didn't get a discount with our Annual Passes
8,5 Excellent
Pros: Love the themes and decor, and the perks that come with staying at a Disneyland resort hotel. The headboard that lights up and plays music (and serves as a great nightlight) is lovely.
Cons: We had a room in the Adventure Tower facing Downtown Disney this time, and while we didn't care about the view (in this case, plants from the Adventure garden blocked pretty much anything we could see from the 2nd floor), what we didn't like was how loud the music was from Downtown Disney. We also learned that although we could only see a tiny amount of fireworks from Disneyland, we could hear all of them and they were pretty much as loud as they are when you're in the park. I'm still shocked that my kids slept through the music and fireworks that first night. On our third night, the older one was still awake when they started and used earplugs to get to sleep. The live music didn't stop until 10 pm even on weeknights, which meant we didn't get to enjoy the peace and quiet of the room (after being in the parks all day) until then. If you're not bothered by noise, it won't be a problem, but if you are, consider requesting a pool-view room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Traveled as a multi-generational family group. We greatly appreciated how soundproof this hotel is. Plenty of water pressure at the right temperature too. And enough elevators for minimal wait time.
Cons: We could have used electrical outlets for cell phones at the bedside but this is a minor improvement suggestion.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Our stay was for our 30th wedding anniversary, and the hotel staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, & special. Although the prices seem a little high for most people, our stay was very enjoyable. We will be returning in the future.
Cons: The only negatives to our trip were the Disneyland Railroad, Haunted Mansion, and River Boats were closed. Also, I was looking for a Disneyland Railroad Engineer hat, but was only able to find a Conductor's hat.. Lastly, there were no hats for the Disneyland Monorail.
7,7 Good
Pros: overall the pools + the room were OK
Cons: no breakfast, not enough characters plqying with kids unless you make it at Goofy's

3,4 Mediocre
Pros: Close to theme park with early entrance
Cons: Very noisy, staff unappreciative of guests, staff non responsive to complaints, room service quality is mediocre.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very nice and the view was amazing.
Cons: No complaints, we got a great deal and would stay here again.
9,7 Excellent
Pros: I stayed at the Paradise Pier Hotel several times. I love how roomy it is and very relaxing! I like the view from the rooms...one side you can watch World of Color with the television playing the sounds for the show! We stay with a family of four, there is a sofa that turns into a bed. The toiletries are very nice!!! If you stay at a Disney property, you can use the special entrance from the Grand Californian. The Surfside Lounge is a bar/ snack shop you can warm up food (there is a microwave!) and pick up utensils (fork, knife, spoon or condiments). I personally like the vending machines on the ground floor..it is in a room by itself! PCH Grill is great during breakfast and looks fun at dinner time too! I whole hearted recommend staying here with everybody!!
Cons: Upper level soda machines take only credit cards. Wish there was more food eateries.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: Magic mornings and location are great.
9,1 Excellent
Pros: Magic hour and distance from park entrances
Cons: I thought the rooms would be high tech and more luxurious for the cost. It was a cleaner motel. Not as nice I as I expected

Cons: Hilton chain is well recognized by the coffee service, fresh and ready at the lobby. For some reason this hotel didn’t have it.

4,6 Okay
Pros: Na
Cons: Over priced
7,1 Good
Pros: The room and location were great. I guess, I've been pampered by Hotels in Asia that I expected more. There wasn't any complimentary drink or even water!
Cons: I don't think they have refunded my deposit just yet and they don't reply to emails.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: I thought breakfast was included? I didn't see any breakfast so it's interesting you asked. I bought a bagel a coffee daily from you little coffee shop. The service there was great.
Cons: The distance to Disneyland was too far for our party and there was no information on getting bus passes. I think a little more information on check in about using the ART and where the closest kiosks are would have been very helpful.
7,0 Good
Pros: Concierge was helpful Location Pool Coin laundry onsite Comfortable beds
Cons: Old and tired rooms No shuttle bus service to Disneyland Restaurant food was just ok Charged 50% rate for late checkout
7,0 Good
Pros: Rooms were clean and very nice. Staff were very personable. Nice to have laundry facilities.
Cons: Quite far from the Disneyland park; shuttle was expensive. Pool was often in the shade. Although we were told that the room was pre-paid, our cc was charged after check-in. Staff uses term "pre-paid" when they mean "pre-authorized"
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Super clean nice and great location
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Always great. Friendly clean organized
Cons: No issues. Everything was great.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location was great, we were there for Disneyland and it was only a 10 minute walk which was fantastic.
Cons: The hotel provides no details prior to the stay advising that you will be charged $100 per night (or more depending the room), upon realising this at arrival after they had already taken payment and I had not had enough forewarning to have already transferred more funds to cover the hold per night, the staff was not very helpful toward giving me a solution, her solution was 'too bad its the rules' (which i understand there are rules) but if my family member didn't have her credit card with her god knows what would have occurred with my stay!?
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The property was clean and well kept. During their next refresh I would suggest adding USB port so people can charge their phones.
Cons: Lack of USB ports and the parking fee. Mind you it is cheaper than other hotels in the area it is still expensive.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the bed. The room was clean. The staff was friendly.
Cons: Parking was $18 per day, which came as a surprise to me. I couldn't find a price online, so that was shocking. It was also further away from Disneyland than expected, but it was about a 15 minute walk, which was not too bad.

Cons: Parking fees were high but not outrageous for the area. Rooms were mostly quiet but our neighbor must have been standing next to the door to connecting rooms during a cell phone call. It was loud and we could hear every word.

Pros: great hotel
Cons: the pillows
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Good rate!
Cons: Needs some touch up here are there. But other than that clean.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Helpfulness of front desk staff, particularly in helping us with Disneyland tickets and bus shuttle. The bus shuttle picks you up at the door and drops you off.. flyer with information about this was helpful.
Cons: The hotel is very close to the main highway. The first night we could hear traffic, the second night was better. We took an Uber to have a meal at night as it seemed difficult to walk to restaurant locations. We connected with 4 Uber drivers (they kept cancelling) before we found one to meet us at our pick up point outside the hotel. All mentioned it was difficult to cross over the highway from where they were.

5,8 Okay
Pros: I've stayed here before and I loved.. but my last stay was horrible.
Cons: The room that was given to us was at the very far end and very close to some machinery... Very loud made it very difficult for us to sleep. I had to pay for parking at the gate after I paid for it with my night stay, just horrible experience.
7,1 Good
Cons: We love the beds at Marriott, however, this trip our bed was not the best. It must have been an old mattress, as there were divets on each side of the bed. Not very comfy.
10,0 Excellent

9,2 Excellent
Pros: The room was so welcoming and roomy. Entry was very nice, breakfast area was roomy well organized.
Cons: There was not enough parking spaces.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Exceeded our expectations while visiting Disneyland & California for our honeymoon. The staff was extremely accommodating -even surprised us with a honeymoon gift! Breakfast was great, as was the location. An easy walk to the parks. Would stay again!
8,1 Excellent
Pros: Parking was terrible, someone in a new gray charger took up 2 spots, in a completely full garage, with a full lot with cars parking across the actual walk-ways which could have blocked wheelchair access luckily we didn't need this time around. People should log the cars/license plates to rooms to alert those that disturb the stay of others and bring the quality of hotel service down. The Disney-ticket purchase system was down, which could have been a time-saver. We purchased pizzas at night, and were told that we were lucky to get it warmed in the oven/micro as there was only 1 person on staff.. Odd comment, as I could easily spend my money on less marked up goods.. at least it tasted decent. Overall the room was clean, beds comfy, tv & channels gave kids options, pool was clean. housekeeping on top of it.
Cons: Parking, more food selection since no room service. I was given a room that had an adjoining door to another room, I wasn't advised of this. They were a noisy bunch, fought and seemed to attempt to listen in on our functions, so we placed the couch cushions along this double door and kept the tv up, or just did our thing.. very annoying.

Overview Reviews
Located in Anaheim (Anaheim Resort), Tropicana Inn and Suites is within a 10-minute walk of Disneyland® and Disney California Adventure® Park. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: The location to Disneyland is outstanding. 5 minute walk which is nice when you've been on your feet for 12 hours.
Cons: I reserved a single king room 11 months in advance and when I went to check in they said they didn't have one for me and had to put me in a double queen. I am 6' 8" and I don't fit in a queen bed all that great, hence the king room I booked. They said they would switch my room the next day, which they did but that meant I didn't have a room to go to from 7am to almost 2pm. On top of that they made no attempt to make things right and the staff spent the majority of their time in the back office.
4,2 Okay
Pros: The staff seemed friendly and helpful
Cons: The rooms smelled so bad I couldn't even stay there. Had to abandon the booking.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: It was quiet and had no problems at all
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great location for the theme park, clean rooms, friendly of staff. There was a little market and coffee bar on site that was convenient.
8,5 Excellent
Pros: its availability to my needs without going far
9,4 Excellent
Cons: Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was awesome, across the street from Disneyland. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here since we couldn't get into (what used to be) our favorite place a few doors down. From the second we got there everything was pleasent and clean. The front desk got us sorted out quick, which was much appreciated as we had just spent 10 hours on a small motorcycle, and our room was nice and quiet. I had read some other reviews about the "outrageous" parking fee which turned out to be $9 a night which didn't bother me. They have valet, but you don't have to use them if you don't want to. They sell 2-5 day park hopper tickets right there for the same price as the gate so I didn't have to wait at the line for tickets which was great!!! There is a small attached cafe which sells the typical Starbucks-ish fare and has some grocery items and souvineers as well. The walk to the park is almost the closest walk you could have, only one hotel closer. If you are still awake after your day at Disneyland there are plenty of channels on the TV, and they are clear. Overall we had a great expirience and this will be our first choice on future visits.
Cons: I really don't have any complaints. Some will complain about the parking rate, but as far as I can tell everyone is charging about the same so to me it was a non-issue.
9,4 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent! Bed was comfortable and room was very clean.
Cons: Plenty of parking spots open but blocked off for mandatory valet prices added upon arrival, an extra $52 hidden charge.
9,7 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was beyond perfect for Disneyland! It is right down the street from the entrance! It is honestly closer to the park entrance than the Disneyland Hotel! The new rooms are super clean and very comfy beds! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone!
9,7 Excellent
Pros: Awesome location, staff and remodel. Lovely rooms. The pool is salt water, very clean and perfect temp. Lots of. I’ve towels and very nice chairs and umbrellas. Just a bummer to have to walk across the parking lot to get there. A very easy ten minute walk to Disney ticketing area.
Cons: Pool area is in middle of parking lot.
8,5 Excellent
Pros: The location to Disneyland was great it is right across the street Very clean and comfortable
Cons: N/A
9,7 Excellent
Pros: Incredibly clean room on the first floor (of 2). We were there for 5 days, and originally we thought we'd only be there at night after full days at Disney. We ended up coming back each day for about an hour or two during the hottest part of the day (and to avoid some crowds!). A small fridge to keep things cool, the bed was very comphy, a lot of pillows to choose from. Some other guests would slam the doors occasionally, but nothing the hotel can really do about that. We didn't have a car so didn't have to worry about parking. Looked like there was plenty of room, slots were probably a little closer together than my car would've like but that's just me being a little picky. It is litterally 100 yards from the Disney tickets stands, or you can buy in the lobby. Service was pretty quick checking in and out. The little shop has a bunch of travel items and small snacky items and plenty to drink. Pretty much anything a traveler would need.
Cons: Only problem, and this is really minor, is that the toilet would slip occasionally and not fill the tank in order to flush again. Simple fix, just take off the top and push down on the pump thing, works good. No other problems with our stay!

Cons: Included breakfast was in different area and instructions were missing on how and where. Went to the paid breakfast instead and it took very long to be seated and get some coffee. Better off to Starbucks or other breakfast place.

Pros: Clean room and good location
Cons: Charges $30/night for parking & there is absolutely no street parking anywhere around the facility. Booked a room "with balcony", but Hotel gave us a room with a pathetic Juliet balcony (found out later they do have rooms with balconies). Staff/Supervisor didn't seem to care much about booking.com's preferences.
5,0 Okay
Pros: It has a shipping center and a starbucks located in the lobby. The Starbucks is closed on the weekends so it was a disappointment.
Cons: Starbucks and restaurant closed. No bellman to help with luggage when check in. Staff was young and not respectful. Had a bad attitude

Cons: The rooms are a little cramped and no microwave or refrigerator. however very nice location We would recommend and will stay again next time we travel to Disneyland.
6,0 Good
Pros: The only good thing about this place is that it is directly across from Disney resorts.
Cons: Had to pay $20 for parking( for 2 nights), did not offer breakfast like advertised. No one told us, we had to read a small note in the room that "breakfast" was a grab bag of sausage sandwich( that had to be microwaved in your own room), granola bar, an apple, & orange juice. We went to the Starbucks down the street & got yogurt, fruit cup & oatmeal( they didn't add water to it & we just added hot water to it later). You are just paying for conveince with this hotel.

Cons: The air conditioner didn't work. It was hot when we checked in turned air on and went back to the park. My fault for not looking closely at the email receipt

5,0 Okay
Pros: The location was PERFECT And bathroom was large. Great shower.

Cons: There was only one elevator for the entire property and it moved very slowly.

Cons: Hotel walls were thin, you can clearly hear people walking around on the floor above and in the hallways. My particular hotel room had a small water leak at the base of toilet but that was minor. The biggest negative was a random sewer smell from the sink (p-trap no good?) also possibly the shower.
