Pros (+) Breakfast is great, (same cook for years so food is consistent, he made grandson a mickey pancake) rooms are nice & quiet! Beds are comfortable and staff is always cheerful. We are here 2x a year so
Cons (-) Only con, no bar but they do offer some bottled beverages for purchase in small area next to front desk.

Pros (+) I ENJOYED MY STAY AT AYRES. THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL, AND I FELT COMFORTABLE THERE. GREAT KITCHENETTE AND LOTS OF SPACE AND WORK FEEL.
Cons (-) I WASN'T A FAN OF EXTRA PARKING COSTS NOR THE LONG HALLWAYS, WHICH EVENTUALLY I LEARNED THAT IT WAS QUICKER TO GO IN AND OUT THROUGH THE STAIRS OF ONE SIDE OF THE BUILDING.
