Pros (+) Breakfast is great, (same cook for years so food is consistent, he made grandson a mickey pancake) rooms are nice & quiet! Beds are comfortable and staff is always cheerful. We are here 2x a year so
Cons (-) Only con, no bar but they do offer some bottled beverages for purchase in small area next to front desk.

Pros (+) I ENJOYED MY STAY AT AYRES. THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL, AND I FELT COMFORTABLE THERE. GREAT KITCHENETTE AND LOTS OF SPACE AND WORK FEEL.
Cons (-) I WASN'T A FAN OF EXTRA PARKING COSTS NOR THE LONG HALLWAYS, WHICH EVENTUALLY I LEARNED THAT IT WAS QUICKER TO GO IN AND OUT THROUGH THE STAIRS OF ONE SIDE OF THE BUILDING.

Pros (+) Breakfast was fantastic.
Cons (-) Pay for parking? I already apid for the room, now I need to pay for my one and only car to use your parking lot? It should be for guests and should be included in my room price. Separate sitting room in this "suite" is a joke. Its a table in the same room as the beds. That is NOT separate.
