Firstly the flight was delayed, these things happen but nevertheless I end up missing my connecting Qatar flight to Belgrade, put into a horrible little hotel for 24hrs without my bag, no clothes or toiletries. At one point during the flight once everyone had their chairs reclined one hostess told me to not put mine so far back?!?! Then when asked well then person in front of me has to move theirs forward and her response no they don’t. Absolutely shocking. To think I wanted to upgrade to business class. I’m traveling the globe over the next year and thought let me try Qatar but never again with this type of service and how they treat their customers."

In the new seat, the entertainment system worked, but the seat didn't recline, and I had to change seats again - from an initially allotted aisle seat, to a middle seat. Also, the food service time was weird - we got a full lunch about an hour before we landed, which didn't make sense, and had to wait almost 5 - 6 hours between brunch and our next meal - a movie snack. Most passengers were famished by the time the lunch was served. Also, why was there no wifi?"

Cons: "(1) Was about to miss flight because originally my flight booking was from Benazir International Airport Islamabad but t the time of flight I boarded from a different and new airport in Islamabad which had become operational in Islamabad in the last week of April 2018 . My flight was on 10th May 2018 from Islamabad to Doha to Chicago but neither my online booking site ( Kayak ) not Qatar Airways sent any notification that my Boarding was changed from Banzir International Airport to the newer, bigger airport. Consequently , on the day of flight, I went to check in and board from the Bnazir International Airport but upon reaching the airport I was told that the airport was no more in operation. I was surprised to hear that all flights were to be from the newer airport. By the time I rerouted my taxi to the new airport I was already late for my flight but fortunately the flight from Islamabad to Doha, Qatar was delayed and I made it to the boarding time and flew to Doha , Qatar and then to Chicago."

Pros: "I enjoyed my flight,it was a smooth trip from Doha to Manila, the Cabin Crew received adequate training on taking care of people, as a professional nurse who is use to taking care of others ,I see someone else looking after me and I really appreciate their efforts. Shortly before we landed at Manila, we were informed that in order to meet international flight rules and regulations that insecticide will be sprayed we were advised to cover our nose,as a medical personnel I see it not good cos it can trigger an Asthmatic attack in a known asthmatic patient ,it was a lovely journey"

I am a tall passenger and this caused much discomfort on the flight, I had to keep getting up to walk around. Initially charged $1000 for 3 tickets for modification of return trip - confirmed the same and tickets issued (i'm fine with this). But, after i made arrangements for new date, I got a call saying calculation error and asked to pay another $500 leaving me no choices. How can such a reputed airline have no tools to calculate the pay? Other airlines offered one-way for half of the price i paid. On top of it, online helpdek promised front line seat to satisfy me but nothing was offered even if i ask explicitly. Simply declined saying i am not in priority list. Why do they make false promises? Friends, Just don't fly for food ....."

Cons: "My flight was delayed 4 hours upon initially arriving to the airport. While it was important for me to be there when I found out this information because I needed to reschedule my connecting flightso due to the delay, this should not be required. Qatar Airways, knew the flight was going to be delayed at least 10 hours before they announced it. They should have already began the process of rescheduling connecting flights and figuring out problems before passengers arrive to the airport. I probably spent 45 minutes at the ticket counter working things out."

Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again."

Whoo have been there for the long haul and should have stopped ages ago."

Cons: "- Schiphol airport (AMS) is small, crowded, noisy; no water fountains; toilets are dirty and insufficient in number; SFO is much better - KLM boarding process was chaotic (not by group or row number), boarding/security personnel (4 old guys) didn't have a clue - 787 is noisy, chairs are uncomfortable (my back still hurts) and very close together, they also recline way too much - food trays not collected promptly - noisy babies on all flights - clearly not enough cabin crew for a full flight - no or wrong info by pilots on timing (crew are always lying anyway) - gate is all around the back at SFO (long taxi to get there) - they inserted people in wheelchairs during deboarding thus holding everybody up."

Our seats were very poor quality, you should immediately replace them! I would have rather stood than sit on the flight. The in flight entertainment is so poor. Absolutely disappointing especially with the head sets not working because of poor ports of connection. The food was absolutely tragic. You should fire your catering company. I expect more from your airline and I was disappointed all the way through. I hope you can provide my wife and I better service and an upgrade when we fly back to Washington DC on Flight AF 0054 from CDG to IAD. I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future."

Cons: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

People seated all the way in the back should be allowed to board first and fill the plane back to front. Makes it less likely for you stand around waiting for people as well people all the way in the back making contact with every possible human already seated in the aisles. 2. Comfort - Window seats are too hot, middle aisle seats are too cold 3. Thankfully they do have halal offering. Now if they will even let me choose that I am allergic to seafood. Glad for the chicken. Nothing to boast about."

Cons: "I paid for a"premium" seat on one of the emergency exit rows for the extra legroom. This was next to a galley. The seat itself was no more than 18" wide (NO EXAGGERATION!!) if not less. I had to sit on an angle (one butt cheek at a time) for 9 yours. I do not have a big butt either. This seat should have been a discounted seat, not a premium seat. I am so angry about this, I will NEVER fly Air France again."

Cons: "Staff where so unhelpful that I missed my flight and then refused to offer any assistance as to how I could remedy this situation. This cost me over €180 which is a weeks food and stay for me. Don't fly with these guys or with air Croatia."

Cons: "Flight was delayed 3 times and when I was finally put on a flight that was leaving, they failed to check the connection in Paris (Left me 10 minutes to get from the aircraft to the other plane!) I was moved to SAA in the end after a truly traumatic time in Johannesburg. This is not the first time I have suffered at the hands of Air France sadly. Needless to say, I wont be booking with Air France again."

Pros: "Traveled fron SFO to CDG on AF in business class on an A 380. Lounge in SFO was smallish and not many choices in the food bar. Boarding was smooth. my second ride on A 380 in business and this trip reminded me quickly why I did not care for the A 380 on my previous trip. It is a huge plane with a huge sized business class which makes the cost less worth it compared to a Boeing. The crew were extremely helpful and caring. The food was acceptable. The seats on the plane were not comfortable in the lying position. Took a cab to our hotel in Paris (1st Arr) for a flat 50 euros. No meters."
Cons: "Arriving in CDG and facing a slow immigration with the passengers of this huge plane. I didn't care for the baggage delivery system. We were waiting for an hour only to realize that the arrival port for our luggage was changed."

Cons: "Computer failure rendered the check in process a total mess. Staff seemed utterly at a loss and also totally unprepared for this very early and very full flight. Most passengers seemed to have multiple bags to check. Since this is a regular flight it was hard to understand why check in staff wandered in late when time was already tight - let alone having a system failure as well to deal with. We were 50 minutes late leaving. This resulted in many of us either missing or having extremely tight (stressful) connections at CDG Paris."

Pros: "The crew were pleasant and most served with a smile. When I was at the back to stretch my legs, one of the crew asked if I wanted coffee or tea since I was not able to get some sleep during the long flight."
Cons: "I thought the seat seems a bit short but the leg room is ok."

Pros: "Air France is the worst company I have ever flown with. They changed our seats last minute. They where late both flights. Not worth the stress if your layovers are short. Also they took my passport with no explanation of why into another room with out my permission."

Cons: "Allow field research of all terminals to best decide for the next flight to book. If I were 3 seconds off and not running on my last leg to Naga, I would have been stuck in Manila for the entire duration of my trip."

Cons: "I know the saying “you get what you pay for”, but good service from the flight attendants should be expected in the price. It was hard to get a greeting or a smile from them, far from prompt delivery of food or coffee ordered. We were traveling with two kids under 5, but there was no help offered. You are expected to pay for any and all food or drinks, including water. The airline could at least offer free water. The meal quality was mediocre for the price paid, and their stock ran out pretty fast."

Cons: "This was return part of my journey. The LHR to MAD leg of my journey was extremely painful. I was unable to pay online or on the phone to upgrade the short leg of my return trip without raising cost of my whole trip from USD $1250 to over USD $4000! Also was not able to choose seats ahead of time online or on the phone. Even in the 3rd row it was difficult to fit my thigh length in the seat pitch. I had to sit with my legs splayed and with one leg in the aisle. My leg was constantly hit by luggage, pax, and cabin crew. It is critical to me that I can physically fit into the space between my seat and the one in front. With the short seat pitch emergency evacuation would be very difficult for me and the other pax. Since I need a wheel chair I can no longer request the exit row as I have done for 45 years."

Pros: "Entertainment was excellent. I appreciated the blanket, headphones, and pillow. One of the staff was very rude to the gentleman next to me because he asked for tea after she passed by with it the first time."

Pros: "The codeshare system with American is so far from seamless! The messed up the seat assignment that I paid for and tried to make me feel like it was my fault! It was a huge hassle to change."

Pros: "The staff was OK for the most part. I liked the entertainment options and WIFI service was easily accessible."
Cons: "The seating was pretty bad. My seat couldn't recline (was in the last row) and the passenger in front of me reclined all the way back even when instructed to not recline so far (in passing, by flight attendants). So I spent an 11+ hour flight as a fairly tall person, in an extremely uncomfortable seating arrangement. I also noted my space issue with said passenger at the beginning of the flight and he still progressively went further back. I would've appreciated if flight attendants were more diligent about ensuring passengers are comfortable for long flights. Food accommodations were ok but they go heavy on bread for whatever reason."

I pre purchased luggage Check in but when I arrived in airport the automated system doesn't like to that piece of data. Didn't know that so was in a long line to use automated check in when I was supposed to be in an even longer line to have service personnel check me in. So finally after standing in both lines I did get checked in......."

Pros: "Food was good. Nice blanket and pillow."
Cons: "The flight attendants were rude. I read online that they were but tought it can't be that bad. In real life, I was amazed by their general disregard and apathy associated with their job and us flyers. It was worse than the reviews. I really felt like they hated Americans. One flight attendant rolled her eyes when asked for something, another snacked her lips. They really don't seem like they like their jobs or their customers. If that's the case, move on."

Pros: "Food, comfort, crew stand out. Check in very quick and efficient. Everyone helpful."
Cons: "Unable to get to connecting flight in time available - this itinerary should not be sold. wasted 4 hours in Madrid and my ride in Jerez wasted time also. Many people from my flight and others were in the same position."

Pros: "Everything flowed very smoothly desite the fact I had an irregularly shaped carry on. It was no problem, Staff were positive and acomodating and that lead to passengers being accommodating to each other. The intertainment was great, the only draws back is that I slept most of the time and wanted to watch another movie."
Cons: "That I had to bother the person sitting next to me to get up when I wanted to go tot the bathroom, but he was very accommodating"
