Cons: The car really smelled bad of weed. I thought if I rolled the windows down it would air out so I took the car but nope. It was so strong and I noted it when I dropped the car back off. I don’t smoke weed so I thought it was horrible. I know it’s legal and I don’t care if people do but I don’t want to drive around all the time smelling it. It was really bad.

Pros: Easy to make a reservationCons: In times when the world is facing a pandemic, most business are trying to help and keep their costumers but Dolar does not. They do not refund money if you cancel a reservation due to COVID. I will not bring my business to them and will make sure to spread the word around.

Cons: We rented a full-size sedan and were offered a “free upgrade“ to a small SUV. It was not an upgrade as it was quite small, smelled terribly of cigarette smoke, and had been driven from PA to CA, as it had Pennsylvania plates, and was rather rickety (did not drive tight). The good news is it got good gas mileage.

They do not realize that now days, costumer care is more important than ever, the better the care the best chance that a costumer will do business again with the company. Hence, I will never go back to Dollar and I will make sure to spread the message to anyone I know.

Pros: When I received my rental, I was asked to sign a small document which states I would return the car clean- if not, I would be charged $45. When asked to define “clean”- I was told no sand or dirt in the car. This seemed somewhat fair, but when I got in my car and drove off- I noticed what appeared to me oatmeal in the cup holders, a curly hair on the shifter and dirt on the floor in the back seats. I immediately returned and informed the Fox team that the car was dirty. I was met with an aloof attitude as my keys were taken and the car was cleaned. As I waited for the car to be cleaned- multiple employees- one appearing to be the manager ignored me and made me feel like I was putting them out by asking them for a clean car. I was disappointed in the customer service and quality of product. I would not recommend this company- there are so many other rental companies out there that will give you a deal and treat you like a valued customer.Cons: Customer service!! At least 3 employees (one appeared to be a manager) treated me like I was making their day more difficult by asking for a clean car.

Pros: Car was clean.Cons: The drop-off process didn’t result in the termination of the rental, so I had to call several days later to end it. They did resolve quickly and successfully when I called.
