Pros (+) The staff are always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is great. The beds are comfortable. The place is generally quite cozy, as well as clean. The USB outlets are a nice modern touch.
Cons (-) Pretty much my only complaint is that the hotel is very close to the John Wayne Airport and you get woken up promptly at 7am by the first departing flights, which continue to make noise until around 11pm. Otherwise the hotel is nice and quiet.

Pros (+) Everything about the hotel was really really good. It is such a good value for the money. The beds were very comfortable the room was very clean and the staff was very friendly wouldn't hesitate to stay there again anytime.

Cons (-) I'm a Pastor and I asked for a 1pm checkout due to a wedding ceremony I was performing in Huntington Beach at 4pm. Initially I was told no problem. I called on Saturday morning to confirm and my request was denied. Staff did not apologize, offer any solutions and I was very disappointed.
