Summary of reviews
Guests say
Overall, guests appreciated the hotel's friendly and welcoming staff, especially the valet and front desk teams, as well as the clean rooms and convenient location. Many found the hotel comfortable and enjoyed amenities like the pool and gym. However, several guests felt the hotel was overpriced, citing high parking fees, additional charges for amenities like WiFi and breakfast, and issues with value for money. Some also noted maintenance concerns and inconsistent housekeeping. Despite these drawbacks, the positive service and cleanliness stood out in many reviews.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Friendly staff
Cons (-) Kind of noisy
Cons (-) Hotel had free breakfast for guest but for us since we book through kayak staff said third part booking no breakfast also they charge $33 over night parking
Pros (+) Very quiet and clean rooms
Cons (-) Valet was very expensive. $33 for overnight parking.
Pros (+) Great buffet breakfast Very nice room design Spacious rooms
Cons (-) Some renovations could have been done better (bathroom door paint was chipping at the bottom half)
Pros (+) Nothing
Cons (-) I went to check in after dropping off my bags earlier due to a work function. When I came back to check in several hours later I was told a pipe had burst in my room so they put me up at the Hyatt across the street. Very inconvenient for me at 11pm to say the least. Since they were sold out I was moved!!!
Pros (+) We had a roof over our head.
Cons (-) 1. We were billed twice, first by Kayak then by the hotel. 2. The hotel did not pay attention to the fact that we were already billed by Kayak 3. The room we stayed in was very smelly 4. There was a crack in our window so our room was always exposed to outside weather and noise. 5. They have mandatory valet parking - in principle this is fine but they should explicitly state that tip is not requir...

Cons (-) Per check in, there were no rooms available. We were sent to a sub standard hotel in which rooms were old, not clean and caused my niece to get hives.
Pros (+) Nice place everything was good, beds were super comfortable and the food was great from room service. Pool was nice and gym adequate
Cons (-) Seemed like it could use some updating but overall not at all bad
Pros (+) Valet, friendly staff, clean, nice lobby and pool area.
Cons (-) Outdated hallway carpet and decor Expensive parking ($33/night) Double rooms include full size beds rather than queen size A little hard to spot from the street Building looks like a business Far from the beach (25-30 min with weekend traffic)
