(1)Room amenities need upgrade. (2) A refrigerator wasn't available in my room for the same room rate as other guest (Business partners) booked at the same time and rate. Upon a refrigerator request I was quoted a $10/night upcharge.
Bunch of hidden fees. Parking is not included and neither is breakfast.
Pros:Clean and modern hotel. Friendly staff, litterally across the street from John Wayne airport.

Cons:1: Found waterbug in bathroom 2: Put card out for bedding to be changed all week ( marked the sheets) sheets not changed for a week- had to ask Manager to have sheets changed. 3: Parking expensive

Cons:No fridge in our room. I thought those were standard.

Cons:I wish I was told that the hotel would charge for parking, per day.

Cons:Pool was closed. $75 dog cleaning fee.
Pros:The hotel was recently remodeled so the interior is clean and brand new.

Cons:- (disclaimer: i never stayed at a hilton hotel before) i paid quite a bit for the hotel and parking already but you have to pay for wifi separately per night. They also overcharged me (which they did get corrected). They sent me an email later as a followup, but the email had lots of typos and syntax errors. Looks unprofessional for a classy place.
