(1)Room amenities need upgrade. (2) A refrigerator wasn't available in my room for the same room rate as other guest (Business partners) booked at the same time and rate. Upon a refrigerator request I was quoted a $10/night upcharge.
Bunch of hidden fees. Parking is not included and neither is breakfast.
Pros. Clean and modern hotel. Friendly staff, litterally across the street from John Wayne airport.

They also overcharged me (which they did get corrected). They sent me an email later as a followup, but the email had lots of typos and syntax errors. Looks unprofessional for a classy place.
