Car was filthy, battery in both keyfobs were low, only had 1/4 tank gas which only gets you to a gas station in Orange County California. Wait time was an hour and I was the only customer in office. Don’t do it! However, staff at return were friendly.6,4 Okay

This guy is a rip off - Douglas Lauer - He charged me $500 deductible - He charged me for something I didn't do. The damage was already there when I rented the car and Jason told me we don't need to put that in the contract. When I returned the car, Douglas told me that he has to file a claim and Jason ignored his comments at the time of rental. Stay away from these guys. They just want to repair their cars with your money!Economy Rent a Car

When we dropped off our car, there was a paper sign on the door saying they had 'stepped out' and to leave the keys at the front hotel lobby desk. We relied on them for a shuttle to the airport. and they were no where to be found so we had to quickly uber, pushing our flight. They then later charged us for the entire tank at $5/gallon plus a $15 fee, even after we requested to have the option where they filled it for us, so we returned it empty. Customer service was terrible on the phone, saying the 'agent didnt remember you saying you needed that option' and that was their grounds for the charge. Total scam.10,0 Wonderful
