Pickup was very cumbersome. Why do I have to re-give all the same address/phone number/credit card details over the counter that I gave when I made the reservation? The system should have all my details. Just give me the keys. It shouldn't take 15 minutes of back and forth to check each person in. I called U-save the day after I made the reservation to confirm it was unlimited miles. It wasn't. I wanted to cancel the reservation and I have contacted.Kayak, u-Save, and CarRentals.com to help cancel the reseravtion. The reservation STILL HAS NOT BEEN CANCELED. It's been over 2 weeks. No one can seem to help me. I was promised a 50% refund for the cancelation and I have received no refund whatsoever. I am still trying to chase down the cancellation and this was a horrible experience.9,2 Wonderful

Attendant does not answer the phone. I called at different times on different days, never answered the phone. The attendant left the location to wash a car for an 45 minutes.
