Good
Pros: Nothing not too like. A newish vehicle full of fuel and very clean both inside and out.Very friendly and personable staff on collection and drop off.. I arrived arround 90 minutes early. A quick phone call and the car was delivered within 20 minutes. Very good value for money

Great service
Pros: Rented a car for two days. I was surprised to have gotten a new Mazda 3 with approximately 6000km on the clock. Car was extremely clean and ran well. Wanted to extend the rental period by one day and that was done without hassle. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the experience I had with Advantage car rental and by extension ansa rentals. Will be a repeat customer.

New Advantage - Great Advantage for Barbados
Pros: The staff is very friendly and professional and the car was great for the purposes for which I rented: just to get around the few places on the island where I drove.
I am completely satisfied with the rental and the staff so I have no complaints at all. It was a good value for the price I paid.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like is that in order to get a good price I had to rent an Advantage car through another agency rather than through Advantage directly, where I have a membership account. Because of this, I get no credit to my account.

Awesome car rental
Pros: Easy to pick up and return!
Cons: They asked for two forms of picture ID...not sure why. Also didn’t know that ahead of time.

++ I’ve been upgraded to a confortable and récent car : Kia Soul
++ Personnal of the company are very pleasant and professional
++ good prices
Cons: I waste about 1 hour at check in because... there was an issue with the transmission so the lady must fill the contract manually...

Cons: GPS provided was not user-friendly.

Rental could not be fulfilled
Cons: I attempted to call Kayak when the rental agency said that they could not fulfill my reservation because they only had enough vehicles for those who had pre-paid. I could not reach a customer service rep and the local rental office told me I could “call other companies at my leisure” to find another vehicle last-minite in high tourist season, even though I had made my Kayak reservation two months in advance.

What car?!
Pros: Nothing
Cons: There was no car when I arrived. I was told kayak and their partners constantly overbook when there are no cars available. I booked more than a month in advance for a vacation I had already paid a lot of money for and required a car to get around the island and I had none. You RUINED my vacation!!!!!!!

Cons: Waited over 90 minutes at pick up (was second in line) and waited 30 minutes to drop off. Need more associates and computerized systems.

Barbados Roads Be Warned
Pros: Thrifty rental was excellent. Super easy pick up and drop off at the airport. The roads in Barbados are the narrowest I've encountered in any country. Overgrown with bushes. You often have to pull over and let the other cars pass, or vice versa. Cars came late to this island. Road maintenance is the worst I've seen and that includes South America and former communist Europe.
