Not much. The staff at the second location I had to take a taxi to in order to find my rental car was moldy understanding that the other office was atrocious in the way they dealt with me as a customerCons:
I was forced to take a taxi to multiple location after I called a number on a locked door at 1200pm at the first location and was told by an employee that he didn’t plan on coming that day and I should find another europcar location in Abu Dhabi. Terrible customer service and cost me more money to travel to another location that did not have available cars as the person on the phone had promised. Overall the pick up process was over 2.5 hours.10,0 Wonderful
