Pros: car condition was perfect
Cons: The person at the office did not guide me that the car has to be parked in sky park location at the time of hand over. This had costed me to pay two times the car parking fee and loss of 2 hours time.

Pros: Nothing much. I was downgraded to a Corolla as a SUV was not available. Had to leave bags in the hotel and pick up later as there was not enough space. Drop off at airport was convinient but I was charged extra because the hotel drop off was closed. Overall poor experience with this rental

Cons: Too high deposit by credit card only - money is unblocked only after 30 days!! If you rent a car on long term that's ok but for 1 or 2 days it's very unpleasant

reservation was not honored
Pros: NOTHING
Cons: Dollar Rent A Car did NOT honor my reservation. They claimed that I should have received a cancellation notice, yet, over 90 minutes AFTER my scheduled pickup time, my booking status remained "confirmed" in your system. This is outrageous. You have wasted both my time and my money. I will require an immediate refund of whatever charges you have made to my credit card as well as a credit for AED 120 in order to refund wasted taxi fares to and from the airport. I could not be me more disappointed in your service or lack thereof. I would recommend that you not disappoint me further by ignoring this demand. Sincerely, Matthew Sumner

Cons: They charged AED 25 in parking fee which was not included or mentioned anywhere when I made the booking. Picked up and dropped the car back into their garage and paid parking fee. Not at all justified.

Cons: Counting the days by 24 hour. When you pick the car at 2PM and wish to drop it any day after 2PM, you have to pay for 1 extra day.
