Cons (-) The seem to be a leak previously in the room or a flood, lots of moisture and one of the beds was wet. We never got room service, they never came to check in or provide with extra clean towels since we stayed for a few nights, the WiFi password did not work and read breakfast was included yet we never saw or heard anything regarding breakfast. Cons (-) When we returned to the hotel to claim a forgotten item, the staff claimed to have not seen it. It was a 6’ Thermarest mattress for crying out loud!!! When we went looking around the premises, we found it sitting beside the dumpster, awaiting someone to come get it before they went home. Management was supposed to call about this and never did. Liars and thieves
