1. We werent givin the room we requested 2. The room we stayed in was cleaned very well as there was hair in the shower and a half roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. And 3. This is the major one. Despite booking and paying for the room in advance through a travel site, the hotel also charged me for the stay with the card i gave them for the security hold. I have called amd left messages 3 times and still have yet to receive a refund or even a call back about the mattet.

The only thing nice I could say is the they have a refrigerator and microwave. Was was just so old and dirty and gross.
The rooms are not big and the air conditioning is in the front room and it gets so cold there and stays hot in the bedroom because the air doesn't flow there. Everything looks like it was original with the hotel which is old. The bathroom was so gross and dirty we didn't shower or give the kids a bath in the tub. It was just peeling off. We will never be staying here again!
