The service you receive is truly wonderful, from Ronit, the Relations Manager to Samir, the most amazing coffee waiter in the city, we always look forward to staying here as you are treated as a valuable guest. The location is perfect, the rooms wonderful and the breakfast is simply amazing. What more could you ask for? Total 5 stars!! We are already planning our next visit in 2020!!

The lobby is glamorous, the room was elegantly decorated, extremely clean, beautiful and comfortable as it's expected for this class of hotel. But what makes it superior is it's services so we used them extensively to try out. The concierge made a marvelous job on recommending places, attractions and in solving problems. Highly recommended.

Cons: Nobody came to pick our bags when we came out of the taxi, we had to go inside and insist to someone to help us with the luggages. In such a hotel this is inadmissible.

The Hotel was fun of chasidic Jews celebrating gSuccoth as we were . My guess is they were there for the week and we came just for the day .Three time we were asked if. we were guests of the hotel twice they asked for our names and room numbers .. Not a welcoming feeling .

Cons: The staff, for the most part, wasn't helpful. For example, it was a cold night, and when I called downstairs and told them the heater was broken--even the lowest setting made the room unlivable--the staff's response was to open my window. It was raining heavily with strong winds that night, so I pushed the staff person further, who finally sent up a portable radiator. The sheets on the bed were torn. The bed wasn't made adequately, so that I couldn't fit my body into the bed. The shower glass wasn't sealed, so that water leaked all over the bathroom. Several staff at the front desk were unfriendly.

Cons: The rooms definitely need a revamp/ upgrade, we didn’t have hot water for our entire stay, just luke warm, Reported it and they checked but nothing changed.

Cons: It is an old eye hospital converted into a hotel. Hallways are long and dull, a lot of doors that are not rooms and that makes one feel creepy. Bathrooms are outdated, furniture uncomfortable, our toilet seat was badly installed and kept moving when in use. Even though we kept AC off, cold air kept blowing and temperature in the room was low all thre time. AC system is ancient. Once we discovered a cockroach on the floor in the room by the bed.

Cons: First of all it is not a 4 star hotel. Only the price. We've stayed there 4 days. We felt like strangers, only the girl at the reception was smileing. The 4th day we left at 11 a.m. to visit the Old City, and arrived around h 21. We found both doors open, and in the room could enter anyone. And our luggage in. Nothing was missing, but i was really frustrated to find also the second room opened. And only our rooms were opened. It was not nice at all! We found a horrible bug in the room. The hotel could be in better condition. The latch from the door who gives into the garden was broken. Dirty chairs in the terrace. Deffinitly no value for money!!!
