Cons:
An hour after we got the car, I noticed snuck on the glass of the windshield. I didn't want to notify Hertz because surely they would blame us. We hoped they wouldn't notice upon return. Well, they did, and of course didn't believe we didn't do it. We have CDW from our credit card company, but going home, so have to pay up front of new windshield and do time consuming claim with Chase Bank. Big nuisance, and not our fault. Our downfall was not thoroughly inspecting the windshield at time of rental.8,0 Very Good
