Cons:

The lady was very rude that worked there. She told me I didn't put gas in the car and I had to call some at home to take a picture of the receipt. The gas line was on full so how didn't I put gas in it upon return.

I rented a mid-size car, they only have a small car Fiat 500 available that smell like a cigarette and shake if you go more than 100km/h, they still charged me for a midsize car...

They never gave me a vehicle. Called them a few times on pickup day to see if one was available, but they never provided one. Rental was effectively canceled.

extremely busy weekend but I was given excellent, "premium" car. Was great on the autobahn. Will definitely keep renting from this local Enterprise!

Pros:

Staff was rude and disrespectful. They stated the insurance was mandatory and that they did not take any other insurance. The charge is being disputed with my credit card company due to excessively charging my card approximately $120 more than what kayak quoted.

Cons:

The staff and the non-predatory practices of the on-base renting. The rates quoted on base are 5x higher than what you pay online when reserving.

Absolutely outstanding service and price!! I would recommend them to anyone in need of a rental in the KMC. Avoid Thrifty and Hertz on Ramstein at all costs!
