Everything is clean, nice to have a coffee machine in the room.
1. When we arrived, They told us to park in a diferent parking because there own parking was full, they said it won't cost us but in the end they didnt agree to refund us. And charged us also for parking in there own hotel, and a very high price. 2.they said we will get seperate beds for the children, we confirmed it 3 times and aventualy they slept together on the same bed. 3.charged for minibar 400 shekels in advanced even when i said i will not take anything from the minibar. They said they will pay me back in a few days... we will see... 4. The Front desk people are not nice... all the others are great. 5. The pool has no cover, sunburn for the kids. 6.the room is very small for the high price. 7. No balcony. 8. No where to hang wet sweemsuite in the room.
The Location is perfect The room was amazing
The staff on phone in the hotel reception was awful I tried to asked to connect the beds few times and it didn't work. She was very rude on the phone and not assisted Everything else was excellent
We were impressed by pretty much everything, from the incredible breakfast every morning to the helpful concierge.
The on-site restaurant (Scalia) was a disappointment, I mentioned to the on duty manager the next day that they needed to work on the service and food. Surprisingly they comped the meal, which I wasn’t asking for nor expecting. That was very classy.
THE VIEW of The Old City. The room was gorgeous, the staff were amazing, the breakfast was tasty and the location was excellent.
The beds around the pool are a little too close together.
Great location, nice breakfast, nice pool, nice fitness center.
Didn’t get my bag sent to my room after I checked in. A lot of kids roaming around unsupervised.
Uniquely located in Old and New City, The David Citadel Hotel is a grand and spacious icon with phenomenal views, peaceful settings for relaxation, and décor that is both modern and ancient. While this hotel boasts sophistication and class, its facilities have not neglected their youngest guests. A children's play area is available, allowing children to play while their parents unwind. The hotel also offers a spa, fitness center with scheduled classes, and a heated swimming pool. While there is plenty to do in the beautiful city of Jerusalem, guests will feel at home when they return to the hotel.
Dining options are vast at the David Citadel Hotel. With five unique dining venues, each with a different atmosphere and menu, there is something for everyone who chooses to dine on-site. While there is much variety in the types of food items offered, one thing is consistent among all the choice: elegance and class. Even the most casual of venues do not betray the hotel's atmosphere of sophistication.
Guests can choose from simple and functional guestrooms, spacious and luxurious suites, or upscale signature suites, depending on their needs and budget. All rooms offer Wi-Fi, turndown service, and complimentary newspapers and bottled mineral water, while the more indulgent options pamper with luxurious bathrobes and slippers and well as 24-hour room service and housekeeping services. All guests are welcome to take part in a complimentary breakfast buffet each morning.
The David Citadel is the very personification of the city it resides in, combining both old and new, history and elegance. This hotel is a must visit for guests travelling to Jerusalem on holiday.
