Very comfortable stay
Amazing Friday night Shabbat dinner, attentive staff. Well appointed rooms, but slightly on the small side.
Loved all.
Excellent breakfast. Clean.
A good clean comfortable and friendly hotel.
No major issues but quite expensive. Not much natural light in the rooms and quite a small abthroom.
The cleaniness, the location and the good nature of most of the personnel. Not a noisy hotel.
$100 dollars for an extra bed is quite expensive and overpriced.
I did not think the check in person was pleasant , courteous, or efficient. I called to check in early, and even though I came at the regular check in time my room was not ready, I had to wait for more then 45 minutes for my room.
Loved the executive lounge...great place to relax and have a few drinks..the deserts were delicious; the outdoor rooftop patio view was beautiful especially at night, the toiletries were plentiful, and a magnifying mirror was a bonus. The outdoor pool was covered which was great to be able to swim in the winter the change rooms were nice and the hot steam room and dry steam room were fantastic!-well equipped exercise equipment, and elevators were fast and plentiful
The exec lounge meals were awful..they looked good, but were cold and tasteless...there was not coffee..only expresso??..the lounge closed early one night the outdoor roof top patio could use some plants or decor..it was very bland; the worst part about the whole experience was that although we had the airconditioning on high, and turned down to the lowest...it was barely working, we had to open the window, which barely helped, but we had to..and suffer through the street noise and birds. The beds were too firm.; The gentlemen at the front door never smiled, said hello..or bothered to pay you any attention..your customer service could be improved by a simple smile and hello to all guests at every opportunity-- we are easy to like;no Jacuzzi
Rooms are beautigful, comfortable and very clean. Housekeeping service is excellent. Room is cleaned and new towels provided, even on checkout day. Full Breakfast is included which has all kinds of hot & cold dishes. The dining room is beautiful and breakfast is a relaxed dining experience. We enjoyed inviting guests for a relaxed breakfast. There is a wonderful lobby cafe and an elegant restaurant for dinner. There are many gourmet restaurants in the vicinity. There is a beautiful pool, exercise room and spa treatment facility, if you choose to take advantage of those facilities. Much business is conducted at the hotel, between individuals. It is a very convenient place for families to stay who are visiting the holy land.
No.
The location is wonderful the servce was good - the breakfast is terrific
There is no grab-bar for safe exiting of the shower one must hold on to the showercurtain, which is not exactly stabilizing - I would like to see a meat restaurant on the premises - the "amenities" in the bathrooms could use upgrading - someone needs to figure out a way to turn off some of the llghts in the room - all-or-nothing is annoying
staff friendly and helpful the rooms were clean and very comfortable
We stayed at the Inbal Hotel over the High Holydays in September. I liked the atmosphere ~ running a modern, efficient hotel for business people and tourists, while still offering all the necessities to cater for the observance of ancient Jewish traditons for Shabbat and the High Holydays. It is a beautiful hotel in a great location.
We had asked for a quiet room but were allocated one over the front entrance and facing busy Jabotinsky Street ~ that could have been handled better.
Except when Condolizza Rice stays at this hotel, it is a very nice place to stay.
Parking is 25 NIS per night. At check out time, he clerck tried to charge me twice this amount since I crossed a midnight boundery (I escaped based on the fact I arrived past midnight). This was mean and a bad incident for this hotel : either they charge 50NIS per day or they charge 25 NIS. This looks like a swindle attempt.
pool area, breakfast, communal areas
some of the reception staff unfriendly, rooms are a bit dated
