Pros: I cannot find one thing! I liked every single little detail!! The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful!! The check-in was super quick ! I was helped with my huge heavy bags with a huge smile on their face! The room was so clean and cozy! The bathroom was perfect! The breakfast is the best I have ever had in any hotel!! Huge variety !! I loved the bagels and waffles the most!! Will definitely recommend it to anyone! And I will definitely be choosing this hotel from now on!!

Cons: On arrival, I was told I had been upgraded to a cabin in the back of the property. I would much rather had stayed in the hotel (because that’s what I had booked). I requested breakfast through the booking app and it never came and the hotel had no record of it. Things seemed confused every step of the way. This was probably as much the booking app’s issue as it was the hotel. Very disappointing stay for $325 per night.

Cons: The elevators seem inadequate for the building. Although this is so minor it would be hardly worth mentioning under normal circumstances we literally ended up walking down the stairs Sunday at checkout because we could not get a ride. Just something to be aware of during your stay. The ladies behind the lobby bar were very slow... I recognize things may move at a slower pace in the south so I am trying to keep this on balance. It was exacerbated when I asked for a coffee drink and they said it would be quicker for me to go downstairs and get some coffee and bring it up. Just not really the customer-centric experience.

Cons: For the price of the hotel there wasn't anything "above and beyond". There wasn't coffee in the rooms which was disappointing. We stayed at the hotel zaza last visit and would probably return there. They had small macaroons sitting out with lemon water in the lobby. Also when we checked in there we were greeted with a glass of champagne. They also offered a weekend getaway package for the same we paid at Rosewood and we received a bottle of champagne in our rooms and gourmet breakfast at their restaurant. The spa was very outdated, my massage was fantastic. But could hear the parking garage above a few times. The rest of the spa was clean just very much in need of updates. Something to consider.

Cons: My friends and I scheduled spa treatments. The "spa" is more like a locker room in a basement, complete with outdoor furniture and a tv on the wall with a program going. No soothing music or lounge type chairs. It was not relaxing at all. My friends liked their facials, but I didn't love my massage. For $150 after tax and tip, I expect a lot more. This was probably the worst spa experience for the price that I've ever had.

Pros: The shuttle service was supposed to be a big perk & plus but the girls were always too busy on their phones & walking away & not giving rides. Even when promised!

Pros: The young gentleman from the front desk that assisted us with our parking questions was nice and very helpful. The belt attendants were also very friendly. The young woman who checked us out the following morning was very friendly, warm, and helpful.

Cons: I was trapped in a elevator in the hotel for 25 minutes prior to Nee Year celebration and it ruined my evening with my girlfriend....

Pros: Location was actually the best thing.
Cons: The hotel has a public parking garage that has monthly parking so when I checked in there was a 45 min wait for the elevators and then the elevators broke down, leaving only 1 elevator for most of the weekend.

Cons: The shuttle service promised rides & then they were out & about for over an hour where nobody even knew where they were. I was promised a ride twice and the car never came! Also they said they have a working jacuzzi & they don’t!

Cons: YES!!! They ask for a CC for incidentals , which is fine , but they put a hold for more than I agreed to and more than they said they see doing ! When I brought it to the attention of an employee he was very rude and extremely unprofessional !!

Cons: I know our rate was discounted through this site but it still felt a little pricey for the room. Not really a complaint. I just think we wouldn’t have stayed there were it fully priced.

Cons: The staff was a little sarcastic and not very friendly. The hotel was being worked on so it was dusty and wet. There were some homeless people hanging out around the building outside in the doorways.
