The room was big as expected
For the amount we paid for the hotel you would think the bed sheets would be softer. Unfortunately, they were not and we had a really hard time sleeping - we even considered just going back home. Our target bed sheets are softer.
Very quiet. Very well decorated and fresh looking. Polite and helpful staff. Great access to downtown Dallas anywhere.
It was all nice. Maybe the Starbucks wasn’t open until 7:00AM - if I were to moan about something. Haha!
Personally I didn’t find the bed comfortable, the shower pressure was terrible & there’s no parking to speak of, pretty much valet only. WiFi in the rooms is extra & for what it cost that should be standard.
The cleanliness and the downtown rooftop swimming pool
The ensnaring, weighted "land-mine" candy and coke tray that dings your bill too many dollars if you lift an item. Next time before I go I will ask the hotel to remove it from the room.
Cleanliness, location, feeling of safety
The sensors in the minibar. Removing items could lead to room charges even if put back. A hotel like this should offer free wifi to guests. $16.00 daily charges were unacceptable.
