We booked the larger room with two king beds and that was very nice. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. I hate that my negatives are longer than my endorsements because truly we had a very nice stay! The bellmen were specifically friendly! I wish the entire staff had been that way.
The elevators seem inadequate for the building. Although this is so minor it would be hardly worth mentioning under normal circumstances we literally ended up walking down the stairs Sunday at checkout because we could not get a ride. Just something to be aware of during your stay. The ladies behind the lobby bar were very slow... I recognize things may move at a slower pace in the south so I am trying to keep this on balance. It was exacerbated when I asked for a coffee drink and they said it would be quicker for me to go downstairs and get some coffee and bring it up. Just not really the customer-centric experience.
Walkin shower, robe , spacious room, good breakfast choices, well informed concierge
Hated the view of a old nasty looking roof top. We were in room 904. The front desk said we would have an amazing view and I guess she thought that was an amazing view.
i loved the shower. the checkin staff was very nice. Valet easy to use. beds comfortable and clean
We were not informed fully on what was included in our breakfast and ended up paying more than we thought. room service (granted middle of the night) was not fully cooked.
All the staff were very helpful, friendly and made our stay very comfortable.
