Cartagena hotels near Museo de Arte Moderno de Cartagena

Pros: I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed this hotel. You have all the amenities you could want from a top grade hotel, paired with a friendly/warm staff who make it feel more like a boutique hotel. The restaurant on the first floor (Harry Sasson) was also great. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Cartagena!

Pros: The hotel is positioned well, with nicely decorated rooms, the view of the sea is nice. The Lobby is poor with mildew and mold odor, I was in the 16 floor, the corridor stinks, there is a permanent smell of burnt frying oil, of fried fish, fried eggs at any given minute of the day. The same bad smell hits you when you go to eat breakfast. If you have allergies or have a bronchial issues you will get sick from this air quality. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone no ever go back there

Pros: The hotel staff is very nice, they were very helpful, they can assist booking day trips to the islands or anywhere else you need to take a day tour to get to. The rooms are no frills, just a bed, desk, and TV, but they are very clean. The maid cleans the floors, makes the bed, and brings fresh towels every day. The rooms each have an air conditioner, which is essential in the heat of Cartagena. It sounds strange that there isn't hot water in the shower, but it's normal in northern Colombia. It is so hot out that you wouldn't want a hot shower, and the water isn't freezing cold, more like room temperature, so don't be surprised if it's your first visit. There is a filtered water cooler on every floor, so you don't need to buy bottled water. The hotel provides a buffet breakfast every morning, fresh fruit, arepas, eggs, juice, coffee, etc., it's enough to get you going in the morning. The price is right, very reasonable rates for a conveniently located, friendly hotel. The hotel is just a couple blocks from the walled old city and also a couple blocks from the pretty areas of Getsemaní.

Pros: The hotel is well situated between the Historic Center and Getsemani. Although the rooms and public spaces were clean, they are falling apart.

Pros: Location definitely, everything is close to the hotel, foot, shopping and the super markets, comfortable

Pros: Very nice hotel. Only impossible to communicate with the staff if you do not speak spanish, which I luckily did...

Pros: The hotel is perfectly located about 10 minutes walk from most shopping and attractions. There is even a beach in walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was even met at the airport after my flight was severely delayed.

Pros: all the people very attentive and they helped you with everything we need. Everything is clean and nice
