Cons: Hotel charged us $300 dollars upon checkout for VAT & city taxes even though we booked and paid through KAYAK!! No bill was given!! No gym, no buffet breakfast, mediocre service simple room, simple shower, nothing special except the location. Won't recommend this hotel. Go for Helton or intercontinental.

Cons: Nothing not to like.

Cons: The hotel is far from the walled city, and the taxi situation is really bad, you have to haggle to get a decent fare, and the drivers are very rude. The hotel should have its own shuttle to take people to/from the walled city and the airport. They have a car service, but its expensive. Also, the breakfast is not very good, the food does not seem fresh, and the coffee is terrible. Service is very slow, and the servers do not seem very motivated. The hotel only has 1 restaurant that is outdoors, for a property that size, there should be at least 1 more restaurant, indoors.

Cons: still waiting on the towels I asked multiple times for .....

Cons: We had a suite with two bathrooms. Water drained very slowly in both showers, overflowing into the bathroom floor in one if you didn't quickly turn off the water (2 minutes?), while the other one had elevated tile added around the side so you could take longer shower but you'd be standing in stagnant water. I got the distinct impression this was a permanent feature when employees came to act as if to "fix" the problem, worked on both bathrooms, and left with no improvement whatsoever.

Cons: 1. Attitude of the staff 2. liers 3. accommodations in the rooms 4. same type of breakfast everyday

Cons: The buildings are in need of repair from deferred maintanance

Cons: Multi level hotel with difficult and possible access for caring your own luggage fortunately they had bellhops to do it some other rooms are faded and required total rehabilitation

Cons: Staff had a bad attitude, particularly servers and doormen even front desk people.

Cons: A/C wasn't working properly. Room was stifling. They were unable to fix it. Be weary of hidden costs on your bill. Very deceptive, had extra charge that were not disclosed up front. Do not stay here.

Cons: WiFi was limited and difficult to connect to. Be aware of the beach vendors who may try to rip you off (not really a hotel issue)

Cons: For 4 or 5 star hotel, I expected a formal dining restaurant; I expected the mini bar to be fully stocked. I expected quality service from the housekeeping staff...returning to my room and finding no toilet paper is unacceptable....having one glass in the bathroom for a room for 4 people is unacceptable. My one and only significant complaint is with customer service and being subjected to maintenance activity on a much too regular basis.

Cons: absolutely nothing;only that the stay ended too quickly...LOL

Cons: I was threatened by one of the employees. He also followed me around. I didn't sleep the first night because they put me in in area next to a busy road. It was like sleeping outside next to a freeway it was so loud.

Cons: Nothing a very bad treatment and careless for customers then want to take advantage of reservations. I reserved for two people and when I was leaving they tried to charge me for my wife until I found my reservation and show it was made for two people. The rooms are not clean and the rooms do not have hot water until you discover how to handle the faucet in a way you need to spend time move slowly in order to get hot water. When you ask for help in the front desk they treat you as you committed a crime when you are paying for the services the offer and do not accomplish.

Cons: The hot water didn’t work. The hotel had no water my last day. I feel my money should be refunded for the last night

Cons: Not much negative things to say. Just at night occasionally a weird a/c noise but nothing that would keep you up. I'm just a light sleeper.

Cons: Underwear with used female sanitary napking hanging from bathroom door. B Bathroom lacks lighting (light is very dim). A/C set on very cold temperature which you couldn't adjust, only turn on/off. Bathroom door locked me in the bathroom without being able to exit. Overall, no attention to detail.

Cons: They didn't prepare for the season so they had problems with the towels, also the service is not so good and the breakfast vas horrible.

Cons: Uf you have to or want to fo every day to old town, Its so far, and taxis are expensive.
