Pros: Good room, nice pool, good staff. Pool staff Sarah, and Raphael in the lobby were particularly helpful and pleasant and knowledgeable.
Cons: No problems, an overall great stay. Didn't sleep well on our last night due to noise from party of 200 business conference guests. An observation though; Pool staff are understandably not allowed to wear sunglasses, but it is glaringly hot and bright on the roof. Suggestion: offer them the use of a sun visor (health and safety/ humanitarian reasons.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: beautiful spacious rooms, lovely decoration. And amazing view from terrace
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Nice comfortable beds, helpful and friendly staff, great mixologist at the bar.
Cons: Breakfast area could use more space.
8,5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was lovely and the concierge,Rachel, was wonderful She helped us put together a private tour with a driver, Abel. He showed us Sintra as well as many important sites in Lisbon. She also helped us with all of our questions and seemed really interesed in us. The hotel itself is quite lovely and the view from the 9th floor is amazing Our price, thanks you, was wonderful.
Cons: Although I checked in on line a day before arrival, our room was not ready. When they gave us a key, someone was in the room. Finally when we finally got in the room, it was not the twin beds I had requested. The last full day we were there, we came back to find a key in the electric switch. This hotel is very careless about keys. Prices for breakfast in the hotel were ridiculous.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: My husband and I stayed here on the last day of our honeymoon and it was lovely. The room we stayed in was on the smaller side but by no means cramped and very clean, done in a beautiful light blue, light green, and white palette. The lobby is spacious with lovely green tile. The staff was very friendly and helped suggest an affordable local restaurant nearby, which was delicious. We didn't have a chance to go in the pool, but the staff let us in to look at it after it had closed, which was very nice. It looked very lovely as well. We didn't have a lot of money to spend and found a great deal and were treated very well by the staff.
Cons: The view on our room (one of the cheapest ones) did not have a good view, but I guess that is to be expected (it looked out over some flat rooftops with astroturf). One small thing, when we went out during the day my husband was dressed in a t-shirt and jeans and one the doormen sort of implied that he was looking for the wrong building, but it wasn't overtly rude, he just tried to stop him and ask if he could help direct him before he went in the door.
6,2 Good
Cons: When we (group of six people) book with paid in full and check in to hotel, we DID NOT know that we have to pay the taxes 2 euros per day and the person help to check in did not mention that either. After we signed our name on the card which we DID NOT see the taxes 2 euros per day on the card, but when we check out someone put that taxes 2 euros per day on the card afterward. THAT IS NOT RIGHT. IT IS THE MATTER OF PRINCIPLE. They can put any amount on the card after we signed. We REFUSED to pay the taxes. I hope that the hotel do not charge us.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel provides perfect service and has the most friendly and competent staff. Have stayed in quite a few 5 star hotels in the past but this one tops them all! Congratulations to all the staff and management to provide for a perfect stay.
7,9 Good
Cons: Could have done without the 30 Euro hotel mark up on a half day Tuk Tuk, everywhere else 150 - Tivoli 180. Good coffee machine in room, no milk no sugar - we don't all drink black coffee.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Ideal location for getting around Lisb on Excellent staff very attentive. Great room service Beds amazingly comfortable & deluxe rooms very quiet. Only downside for my husband only Super Bock beer & he’s a Sagres man.
Cons: No Sagres
5,7 Okay
Pros: Clean and location
Cons: Staff is ok, but the so called lady executive mgr was not friendly and not try to solve problems. She did not try to make a six dollar error on a 3 nite stay. She said that mistake had to make by their executive DIRECTOR . That six dollar had to charge when we check out( they did not tell us when we checked in. And our was a PREPAID stay). The washing sink basin was made of kind of soft pastic( in a 4, 5 star hotel ??).

Pros: very comfortable bed and excellent breakfast. the omelette is fantastic!

For a surcharge, guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle (available 24 hours) and a cruise ship terminal shuttle.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast outstanding; lobby very comfortable; nice layout in room; windows double-paned, so room quiet at night; beds great; bathroom fine but shower controls a bit confusing for a North American, elevator small but typically European; one street removed from main pedestrian street; shopping close by; good variety of cafes and restaurants across the street...I could go on.
Cons: Signage...our taxi driver had a real hard time finding the front door of the hotel. Same thing happened with our Barcelona hotel. Our taxi driver was not using GPS, and front door actually on a pedestrian side street, not the address given for the hotel.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was in a perfect place to walk to major sites in Lisbon as well as wonderful shopping and restaurants. The staff was exceptional - friendly and helpful who offered excellent recommendations for restaurants nearby. The room was very clean and comfortable with wonderful large windows that opened for fresh air as well as a view of rooftops and ruins. The bathroom was a nice size and the shower had lots of pressure and hot water. They only had a multipurpose body wash/shampoo, so you might want to bring your own. There was a coffee and tea service in the room was that very convenient.
Cons: The walls seemed rather thin, and there seemed to be quite a bit of noise from adjoining rooms as well as the halls at times. Earplugs are helpful here! The breakfast was carb heavy with lots of bread and pastries, meager on protein that was rather unappealing, but adequate to get you started on the day. The coffee was self brewed, so no problem getting enough caffeine if that is what you need. Again, the staff was helpful and friendly and cleared plates as necessary.
7,0 Good
Pros: good breakfast
Cons: lighting too dark
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Gorgeous hotel with spot-on amenities. Fantastic and very friendly staff. Breakfast was very well done.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Room was excellent, very clean and nice design with nice wooden floor. location was excellent
Cons: That they did not renew the toiletries like cotton pads every day and the shower gel and body cream was not for single use.
7,0 Good
Pros: The stay was what we expected in terms of facility.
Cons: The bar staff was the only negative review of the stay. Frequently we noticed the staff making jokes at the expense of us and other guests.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location is the best, very close to Rossio, yet quiet. Wonderful breakfast. Nice, clean room with everything necessary. Comfortable beds. Polite stuff. Cortesy wine bottle is a nice touch.
Cons: The room had either slippers or robe - I don't remember which one, but not both. It'd have been nice to have both the robe and the slippers. Room is a little small, but normal for this location.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Browns was a small boutique hotel in downtown Lisbon. It’s location made exploring easy and the staff at the desk and the bar were amazingly helpful and always happy. The room, although small (small room with street view) was perfect. All the little details and extras made up for the lack of size. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon.
Cons: If I had to find anything to dislike it would be trying to get in room the first time. There was a little trick to opening it with the key.

Pros: Stayed here as a group of 10, hotel is lovely, clean and has everything you need. You’d need to get a short taxi ride or metro to the big attractions and city centre, I didn’t find this a problem so it depends on whether staying in the centre is important or not. Would recommend this hotel

Pros: Location is pretty good, as well as breakfasts. Great view from the rooftop. Room was neat and clean.

Pros: The theme of music in decoration is very special. There is a blue tooth ampifier inside the room, by which we could listen music kept inside my smartphone.
Cons: The room is small with a big balcony which is almost useless during the rainy days of our stay. Toilet and shower room are made by glass walls, which is noisy when my partner was taking shower. The ventilation of the toilet is not so good. There is no enough place to hang towels after used. The slide door was out of order on one day which was fixed on the next day.

Cons: The fake flowers in the bathroom were dusty.

Pros: The location was great, rooms were very clean and staff was friendly.
Cons: Glass bathroom made to hard to not disturb anyone sleeping in bedroom during the night since lighting would shrine through

Pros: We recently stayed 3 nights at the Sheraton hotel. The service was excellent - from the front desk staff, to the room service staff to the breakfast staff. Very polite and professional. The breakfast offered a variety of choices (healthy as well). The gym was decent and the spa was fantastic. The hotel offers a wet sauna, dry sauna and an impressive jacuzzi. We didn't go in the outdoor pool, however it also looked inviting. The hotel was very clean. The location of the hotel was a bit away from the center, however was an excellent challenge for avid walkers and only a short ride by taxi.
Cons: The only thing that didn't impress was the club lounge (our room had club lounge access). The first 2 times we entered, the only food available was a tray of cookies. The 3rd visit produced a plate of fruit. It would have been nice if they offered some cheeses or cut vegetables. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Respectful employees, wonderful service, communicated in my native language and Spanish (which I appreciate), staff in the breakfast buffet were always attentive and made me feel special at all times.
Cons: There was nothing I did not like about this hotel. On the contrary, if I visit Lisbon in the future, I want to book in this hotel.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Food was ok.. more selection for room service.. was a little disappointed.. breakfast was amazing!!!
Cons: All staff was really friendly and helpful.. one very unfriendly maid.. huffing and puffing as she cleaned my room while I was outside my room waiting for her to finish.. if she doesn’t like her job she should find another..
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Good location next to freeway, if you are by car. Large parking garage - though, it might get full during the weekends. Very good breakfast with lots of variety. 30 minutes to Lisbon with car. Big rooms.
Cons: Bar and restaurant prices very high - it's cheaper to take Bolt to near by shopping mall to have a dinner. No kettle in the room.
7,9 Good
Pros: Good hotel located in quiet place, but still close to highway and train station. Friendly staff and good amenities.
Cons: Hot breakfast selections were lukewarm at best. Bacon strips looked and felt like plastic and had no taste. Some people may like their pillows but I cannot get a good night sleep because they are very uncomfortable to me.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff at this hotel are just amazing...! From the welcome they provide to the ease with which they processed requests. The restaurant is also excellent. We had 2 dinners that were great. Would love to visit again and highly recommend.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We have stayed there a few times and we always enjoy it.
Cons: The hot food in the breakfast counter could have been hotter - everything was lukewarm only... We have stayed there many times and this was the first time it has happened.

Pros: Loved the quietness, modern corporate look and location, parking facilities, the surprise done to my fiancee (sparkling wine and chocolate strawberries and rose petals) was excellent and very sweet and we appreciate it very much, staff were very friendly and helpful (reception, barman, restaurant, etc)
Cons: Access to pool and needing to pay a cap to use in the pool was not ideal, the hot food wasn’t very vegetarian friendly in the first morning

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location in historic Lisbon and a fabulous rooftop gastrobar overlooking the city. Surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants.
Cons: We were unable to get a washcloth despite asking for one a couple times. The furniture in the room was black and could have used a dusting before we occupied it. It definitely would have been nice to have an iron and ironing board in the room. I called housekeeping and the ironing board they brought to the room was pretty beaten up, and the maid took it away again upon cleaning the next day. There was a lovely Nespresso maker with coffee pods in the room. When I wanted to use it, I noticed the water reservoir already had water in it. Not knowing how long it had been sitting there I emptied the water. I don’t often use coffeemakers in hotel rooms because I’m worried if and how they have been cleaned. Upon emptying the reservoir, I noticed a film on it. I was horrified when I wiped it and the tissue was black. I left some of the dirt on it so housekeeping could see for themselves. It was as I left it for the remainder of our stay. Needless to say I never made a coffee in the room and advised guest services so the next guest wouldn’t be using such an unsanitary device. I was happy with the Starbucks across the street.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is in a great central location. Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is in an excellent location, you can easily walk to many of the main attractions and the Rossio train station is right opposite the hotel (not that you would know it was a station). The staff were excellent from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. There is a great rooftop bar with great views , they serve delicious food at a reasonable cost. Our room was well appointed with an excellent comfy bed and the best pillows I have encountered in a hotel. It was spotlessly clean . My only issue was the lack of a mirror in the bedroom and the subdued lighting making it difficult to get ready when your partner is in the bathroom. Very quiet despite facing the road. An excellent choice . Comfy bed and pillows Excellent staff Well appointed room Excellent rooftop bar with great food and wine Fantastic location
Cons: No mirror in main bedroom Subdued lighting

Pros: It is like a motel
Cons: we thought it was a more modest hotel but when my wife arrived it was like a motel a man with his shirt open at reception still gave me the information that i would have to leave the key every time i left . My wife didn't feel safe of sleep they don't sleep there any night . They preferred to lose money.
4,0 Okay
Pros: The bed was good the problem was on the shower the parts was disconnected no way to used it been fixed next day in the morning.
Cons: It could have some professional who works to fix any problem in case of emergency.
6,3 Good
Pros: The bed was comfortable, all basic stuff was there or available on request (heater, hairdryer, wine opener, soap in the bathroom etc.) The staff was very friendly to us, while WiFi was good as well
Cons: The facility is very old, big and difficult to maintain. Looks like a big Soviet sanatoriy. It was quite wet and cold during the night. We also were unlucky enough to have bad neighbors who were drinking and smoking during the night and were speaking really loud (thin walls didn't help here). In the end one of the neighbors puked in the shared bathroom that left quite bad impression of the whole stay for us
4,0 Okay
Pros: The room was ok
Cons: No mineral water to welcome in the room. Basic breakfast.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The location is great
Cons: N/A
6,7 Good
Cons: normal place for working , not for travel
1,0 Poor
Pros: none
Cons: I did not like the fact that this place was under construction (I was not informed) and the workers using the drill to make a hole in the wall at 8:00, Monday through Friday, while quests were sleeping. The staff should be better trained and the manager available. some respect for quests would be nice.
