Smiling and helpful staff, good comfort, quiet although well located
No hair conditioner. For this range of price and 5 stars I was expecting to have some. Breakfast is good but remains quite basic.

Room was quite shabby, especially considering the price. The suite was supposed to have a balcony but didn't.

We had a beautiful breakfast in the room
I paid for breakfast when I booked the room. There was no room service fee only to have it in the room so I had to pay for breakfast 2 times total 80 euros for two persons
