Pros: Modern elevators, clean room.

7,5 Good
Pros: Great Stay Good location Clean
Cons: All was great
5,4 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Didn’t feel at home. Too many obvious rules and that came across as more important than hospitality. Air conditioner blew right on us and it was loud. Bathroom looked and felt old. Phone call at exactly 12 for checkout, and a card under door night before reminding of checkout time. Check in very corporate rule oriented. The hotel rules more important than comfort, even tho free drinks, didn’t make up for ridged greeting and ridged rule clamping. Won’t stay at another dan panorama again. I like flexible solution oriented hotels instead of a jail
6,3 Good
Pros: Buffet breakfast was good.
Cons: The hotel is old.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Have stayed at this hotel before and loved it so much we went back. It is calm and peaceful. A good place to get away from it all. The indoor and the outdoor pool are lovely. They also have a tennis court which makes my husband happy (and a tennis pro for him to have a hit with) I had one of the best body massages ever here.
Cons: For a relaxing spa hotel, I don't think there was anything to be improved. If I had to say something that could be changed a little, is the reception system. You have to stand around a bit waiting for your turn to be seen.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! The treatments were superb, the layout was were thought out and easy. The service and quality was superb. The staff were polite and efficient. The standard of food exceeded expectations and was a gourmet delight and the general ambiance was gentle, nurturing and very relaxing.

7,1 Good
Pros: the view is very nice. the location is good.
Cons: although check in time in the hotel is 03:00 pm. they refused to give me one hour late check-out untill 01:00pm instead of 12:00pm.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great service, food and very friendly staff!!
Cons: None
7,9 Good
Pros: Best hotel in area. Some staff are helpful at front desk. The room was good. The pool is excellent. Good for kids too. Spa looked good and reasonable price tho was very busy so book treatments early. Pool closes a little early in summer (6pm) it's one of the best pools in the area. Breakfast is a good buffet. They have a good taxi driver who speaks English for airport runs but who I later find out can also take you on a tour of Acre. All in all good hotel for families.
Cons: The food at the pool area and in the hotel restaurant was disappointing. It was not as fresh and interesting as other places I've been in Israel. It was also a shame that the breakfast dining room did not have an outside area to enjoy morning sunshine. The hotel needs updating downstairs. It's sort of stuck in the 1970s but in some ways that is kind of charming.
7,5 Good
Pros: The view and the politeness of the personal even if they were not enough people
Cons: The tables at the pool were dirty with “garinim “ and cigarets butes . An occurred smell in the room ... ( which was cleared by the personal after I called the reception )
7,1 Good
Cons: Tv remote barely worked. Yes channel 4 was bad broadcasted with intermittent cut offs Our floor button in one of the elevators was missing Pool side the ice cream refrigerator made loud annoying pounding noise. No one from staff seems to care at some point some guests complained and the staff just disconnected the refrigerator from power. Dinner at the hotel very expensive - 230 nis per person. Not worth it. Food selection is huge at breakfast and dinner but quality is not on par. Some dishes were not to be given to guests.
4,6 Okay
Pros: Nice pool, and tea
Cons: Old facilities
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I enjoyed the breakfast and the polite service.
Cons: No olive oil for the Zata that was visible. I would have liked pita bread to add to the assortment of bread
5,4 Okay
Cons: Wifi is very poor. It goes off frequently. Wifi speed is very slow.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. The location , outside appearance, the rooms, the wonderful breakfast, the very lovely staff.
Cons: Nothing
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was well organized. The crew was excellent The rooms were tidy and a Belgium chocolate was waiting for us. There were also robes and slippers waiting. and every day a 1 liter bottle of water was added. The breakfast was served with expensive cheese and well organized.
Cons: If the windows were silent sealed. It would have been the perfect stay for me
7,9 Good
Pros: The breakfast was alright, the 2YO kids found things they liked and so were we. The room was very clean. The location was very good.
Cons: We only received our room at 1630 and we were waiting for it from 1500 with 2YO twins at the lobby without any staff member to check up on us or suggest any compensation. That was very disappointing. Have to say that during check out the receptionist did give us free tickets to the zoo so this did improve our feeling, but up until check out we were not pleased with the service. The small refrigerator in the room was not working, you couldn't keep anything that requires refrigerating in it. I asked the staff to keep some of the food in their refrigerator and they agreed but I couldn't access it as if it was in our room. Our room (402) was just next to electric transformer and I was scared of the radiation but was not able to switch rooms because we needed a spacious room with two full beds in it (traveling with 2YO twins and just received the room at 1630).

8,3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good esp. considering the price of room including the price. Hotel offered a free walking tour that was informative. Good laundry machines for use of guests for modest fee. Fabulous second story common area filled with light from the large windows.
Cons: need to put on website or answer phone to inform first time visitor of where to park car. When I called, the sole phone line was tied up being used for faxing. I wasted one half hour trying to reach property to obtain assistance in locating a parking area.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location, room equipment, staff, breakfast, value for money
Cons: No drinking water in room (tap warer too warm)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Parking outside the Hotel was safe and they let us leave the car there the next morning while we visited the Gardens. Great location. Baha’i Gardens just 10 mins walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaraunts etc within 5 minutes walk. Ideal for a stop over in Haifa. Recommend
8,8 Excellent
Pros: There were surprisingly lot of Baha'i friends from all over the world there too, was a joyous stay.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Nice smaller hotel close to the Bahai Garden, 10 mins walk on the Promenade with great views over the whole city. Walking down, but the walk up 30-35 mins is heavy, take the bus if you have issues with walking. Clean room, nice bathroom, comfortable bed. Good breakfast provided in the morning. Nice personnel, helped us parking in front of the building, and could stay there after check out, while visited the Bahai Gardens. Parking is on the street only and difficult. You need a car to reach the beach, which is really nice, huge waves in windy weather. We wanted to be close to the Bahai gardens while had limited time, and it was a great choice on a more affordable price.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: We loved our stay at Beth-Shalom. So close to the Baha’i Gardens and restaurants and the most beautiful part of Haifa. Staff were lovely and helpful, breakfast was good and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Cons: Everything!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location, staff, food
Cons: The inside pool, so noisy
3,4 Mediocre
Pros: The hotel's location
Cons: We paid over $500 for the "royal suite". I have never seen a room as bad as this one (and we travel all the time!). There were blood stains on the sheets... The chairs were broken. The room was extremely noisy. It was an absolutely awful experience. The only good thing is we managed to cancel our 2nd and 3rd night at the hotel but one night in the "royal suite" was enough to turn me off of any Leonardo hotels ever. An awful experience!

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely amazing facilities, kind staff, great location, great value for the money! I stayed in the 'unicorn room'- the one with the blue lights- and loved evey moment. The shower might just have been the best part of the amenities (youll have to stay to see...). AMAZING complimentary breakfast provided through a voucher with an adjacent resteraunt. Top notch all the way!! Also, the location in Haifa COULD NOT have been better, right at the foot of the Baha'i Gardens!
Cons: I liked it all. No complaints whatsoever.
7,5 Good
Pros: View of Bab shrine Complimentary Breakfast at Fattoush next door was delicious.
Cons: Staff was quite pleasant but not well informed about Haifa.
6,7 Good
Pros: Bathroom facilities are very good.
Cons: They didn’t resupply the toiletries. Room was not cleaned on the last day of our stay.
6,7 Good
Pros: The hotel is tiny by US standards but they make the most of every inch and the aesthetic is beautiful inside the rooms. I would not return because the neighborhood is exclusively Arab. Also the area is not really family oriented. it’s more for nightlife Also be prepared for no parking.
Cons: See above
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms - just charming, with anything one might need for a refreshing vacation. The location- just below the Bahai Gardens, on the main, quaint street of the Colony. The staff- extremely helpful and friendly. Fantastic value for money.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: There is no breakfast included
Cons: We were on ground floor - I would have liked to be on the first floor The TV channels were difficult to access (inconsistent) I would have preferred a more airy room
7,1 Good
Pros: Friendly staff Nice roof terrace Good washing facilities (2 washing machines and 1 dryer) OK street parking Close to restaurants
Cons: This is not a boutique hotel -it is a hostel, seems to be geared towards pilgrims The staff is only available a few hours a day Several times they came into our room a little too rapidly, ie. didn't wait for a response No reading light over the bed Noisy AC
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Nice clean room Phone to use
Cons: Soap in shower didnt work
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Amazing host. Very kind and helpful. Attentive to our needs. Made good recommendations. Was available on the phone. Personalised service
Cons: Ceiling Fan needs cleaning. Pipe in shower ceiling drips in soap tray. Funky smell in apartment on arrival. Got better over time.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: G38 is the perfect boutique apartment experience that is by far the best value in Haifa. It is at the bottom of the Baha'i Garden and close to Ben Gurion. Yaron accommodates your every need and treats you more like family rather than a client, all while being very warm, hospitable, and professional.
Cons: Everything was great -- my only complaint is the shower didn't have hot water for more than approx. 7 minutes. Other units had hot water for long periods of time, so it may have just been my unit.
7,9 Good
Pros: Location is excellent 400 metres to bottom of Bahai and Ben Gurion Blvd with many restauraunts and coffee shops and even a small mall. Roof top patio is amazing with a great view tables chairs etc. Has washer and dryer however expect to wait long time for dry clothes this is an israel problem not a facility problem. Yaron was a great host and took care of all of our needs upon request. Bus stop (Bus Route 40) take you directly to the beach. Information for many other services and a map of haifa in the room. Has a safe.
Cons: Mattresses suck but for the money and convenience its worth the trade off. Shower is small but I am very wide person. This is very common in israel. Towels they should have a towel service for supplying clean towels daily unless I missed something but if not then that would have made the stay almost perfect.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Free laundry powder and laundry!!!
Cons: Nothing - close to perfect!
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Yaron as well as the owner of the apartments were the best hosts we met during our 3 week trip in Israel. He was welcoming and genuinely happy to have us stay. The very trendy apartment had everything we needed and the location was absolutely perfect. Just love the artwork. The laundry was such a bonus. Thank you :)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect little apartment with everything I needed. Very clean and great location at the bottom of the Bahá’í gardens.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very nice and thoughtful. Specially Yaron. They even provided a cell phone for us

Cons: Light bulb in the bathroom was out and the safe was locked shut.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast, the decorations
Cons: Nothing really
5,4 Okay
Pros: Excellent location.
Cons: It calls itself a boutique hotel which can be and was an excuse for sloppiness and lack of attention to detail. The room was a very comfortable "superior" room and much larger than most of the others (only 14 in total) but poor management led to a number of inadequacies: a broken drawer handle, a basin tap requiring limescale removal, rotting bath/shower door fittings, a Nespresso coffee machine not working properly, a duvet too small for the superkingsize bed, curtains not hanging neatly due to missing pinchpleat pins. Breakfast is available on the hotel site but is an independent business and no normal Israeli buffet breakfast is provided. The only common areas are the reception and the lovely rooftop with a jacuzzi and sauna available all day. Sadly the rooftop is unsupervised and its coffee machine facilities need attention but more importantly the jacuzzi becomes sticky with oil, despite instructions to guests to shower before using it! The hotel is not cheap and needs to improve significantly by careful supervision of each room prior to guests' arrival.
7,5 Good
Pros: We were upgraded to a better room with a deck so were very happy. The room was nice but older which we didn't mind.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and very comfortable. Near restaurants and a great bakery - Shemo.
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent

Cons: Bathroom and coffee re-supply can improve.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Charming hotel in a nice location. Pleasant staff. Excellent breakfast. Walking distance to other restaurants. Parking v limited but seemed to work.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: I love the rooms - very comfortable.
Cons: Wasn't crazy about the change in ownership of the restaurant. There used to be a buffet breakfast, and that's gone now - you ave to order from a menu.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: All the members of the staff were helpful and attentive. Their assistance and friendliness enhanced our stay
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was large and comfortable. This was so much better than our hotel in a Dead Sea resort. The location is great and central to many things in the city. Also it fells much more friendly than a regular large hotel. A much better vibe. The staff is very nice. Gave us great recommendations for restaurants. Breakfast was nice.

6,6 Good
Pros: The hotel staff is friendly and helpful; this is a step up front usual Israeli hotel staff many of which do not understand the concept of customer service. Israeli hotels, especially outside of Tel Aviv are still grappling with this concept. Same for retail and food stores.
Cons: Unfortunately, Israel is great at building things but very poor at maintaining them. The Crowne Plaza is typical was built but 15 years ago and is already starting to look shoddy around the edges. We noticed that mold is starting to appear, especially in the bathrooms, and the wood trim is beginning to rot away; Haifa can be quite humid during certain times of the year. Also, the hotels A/C is either on or off, no temperature settings other than 4 settings indicating warmer or colder; after that is just stays on blowing. Friends of ours stayed at a competing Dan hotel, but the situation is the same. They characterized it as a "tired" Hyatt.
7,5 Good
Pros: Good location Good breakfast Nice staff
Cons: The hotel is old school and needs to be renovated Small room, old TV, small shower, screechy wooden floor boards.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The check inn was very welcoming. Baraa was very welcoming and helpful.

Pros: breakfast was ok not the best and not the worst the indoor pool is quiet and nice
Cons: the bathroom door was stuck and coudlnt be closed we begged the staff to fix it ten hours have past till someone decided to come fix it at 10 pm we needed to use the public toilets in the spa the manager told me they know the hotel have problems. in short- dont go...
6,3 Good
Cons: This was my third room in the hotel. The first two were not via booking.com and can only be described as appalling. In the first room the aircon wasn't working and I was eventually moved to another where the fridge wasn't working so I couldn't keep cold water. The fridge was replaced by ripping it out leaving a very dusty cupboard and a new one was put on the floor alongside the cabinet. The new one wasn't level and rocked about 1cm everytime you opened the door. Both rooms were desperately in need of refurbishment and looked very tatty. The 3rd room was much better than the first two and acceptable.

Pros: The staff was amazing. Julie in particular was welcoming, kind, enormously helpful. We had a mix up with our conference hotel booking and she solved it in seconds. She is an extraordinarily gifted and capable employee. I’ve never had such a positive Hotel experience.
Cons: We loved the hotel. Bathtub did seem slippery and narrow.
5,8 Okay
Pros: The view was nice.
Cons: I reserved for twin beds and was not aware that i had to put in a special request for twin beds. So when I arrived there was only one big bed and thus i had to sleep on a fold out bed where i could feel the bed board. I am extremely disappointed and feel that I wasted my money On top of that I wanted a shower before checking out but there was no hot water

Pros: Great service and value

Pros: I liked the location and the shared zones: reception and lobby area. Breakfast was ok, too. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful.
Cons: Overall the pictures of the hotel rooms don't quite match the real situation, the furniture is old and looks too used. Rooms were not as clean as they are expected to be. It wasn't awful, but the level of the rooms don't match the 4 star hotel level.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: everything is amaizing
Cons: nothing
6,3 Good
Pros: I like the breakfast the food was great, the staff was friendly.
Cons: 1. It was dirty, Dirty carpet from the previous occupants, the walls are not cleaned/marks. The windows are not clean. 2. Every thing that the For you say you hear, he flossing the toilet and you feel like you in his roommates . 3. The clean service are not clean/make the bed even if you ask for it.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: As the name says, every room has great view of the Haifa bay. Except that floor 4 and down might have trees obscuring the closer part of the city.
Cons: Not much can be done about this I guess, and it was clear from when I booked so there is no problem here, but I'd love there to be a room that can fit 4 or at least rooms that can be joined with a door.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful accommodations, friendly and accommodating staff, beautiful view, beautiful grounds, and fantastic location in the city.
Cons: My only criticism is that I'm not an Israeli citizen and therefore didn't expect to have to pay taxes, but because I was unable to present my blue permit entry card, which apparently is the only thing they accept as proof (I didn't know I needed to bring it with me!) they charged me taxes. Granted, I had my British passport on me, with my work visa, but they insisted on seeing the blue card.
5,0 Okay
Cons: that there was no parking when theye wrote there is & the pic on the site is false the rooms was not nise & the view was hard to see.
6,7 Good
Pros: Updated lobby and lounge and clean rooms.
Cons: Rooms and rest of hotel a bit outdated. No parking in the area; had to walk five minutes to and from the car.
7,1 Good
Pros: View. Room service. Waiter service
Cons: Soap was not replaced every day. And same with garbage. No pancakes or omelettes for breakfast.
4,2 Okay
Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: I was first given keys to a wrong room to find a naked foreign woman laying in bed and screaming in fear when she saw me. I went back to the reception to demand answers and was handled with no care. Didn’t get any compensation for the trauma what so ever! When I asked for water to calm down, I found a 4$ charge for it when checked out. Bad bad bad place.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We reay enjoyed our stay here. The room was very comfortable. The view was incredible as was the location. We plan to stay at this hotel again in the future.
Cons: The breakfast was tasty but the vegetables and salads were a little stale. That might be a function of our stay being over Shabbat and perhaps the vegetables and salads were prepared ahead of time.

7,1 Good
Pros: An apartment right on the beach, easily accessible and with enough space.
Cons: The cleaning was not done well, the place smelled horrible and i had to ask for new sheets as they were smelly and dirty. The sofa was dirty and uncomfortable, the bathroom shower curtain moldy and the bed was not so good.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Although the lady didn't speak English she was very nice. The view from the apartment is really beautiful.
Cons: The 1 bedroom apartment is quite small for 4 people. No ventilation in the bathroom, strong sewage smell from toilet, very used and dirty pots, no cleaning products except dishwashing detergent. Bed sheets - far from being fresh and clean, dirty window. Overall disappointed with this apartment.
7,9 Good
Pros: Location is perfect, beach is just a few steps away
Cons: Didn’t get the Sea view apartman we paid for. We let it go but it bothered us a lot. Also this apartman was much smaller than we asked for (about half of the one bedroom apartman’s size) The apartman is very basic but had everything we needed.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The owner, Mr. Efi is excellent man, he met and greet us with warm and respect, showed all facility and give us directions for dinning and places to entertain. He was very responsive if I would call him and ask for any questions. Love his facility and plan to stay next visit to Haifa
Cons: Location, it is spectacular view of the sea from the room. The sound of the sea was amazing. The unit was clean and we had everything for our needs. Perfect place to stay. Near to city and mall
4,6 Okay
Pros: The only good thing about this property was the location. The sea is beautiful and the views were great. Proximity to the beach is perfect.
Cons: When we got there, the windows were wide open and the place was freezing. The heat didn’t work. Two out of three lights in the bathroom were out. There were dust bunnies on the floor. The freezer was absolutely disgusting - filthy to the point of gagging....

Pros: Excellent appartments in a large complex. Friendly and communicative owner, full equipped and comfy. A very good pick for a group, but also for couples and families.
Cons: -
4,2 Okay
Pros: The location was as expected though parking is a mess in winter so must be a nightmare in summer.
Cons: We had 2 reservations at this property: 2 nights and 3 nights later in the week. Privacy : we have asked to change a room due to very low mattress quality that we could not sleep on. The manager was very rude and refused, we then asked politely if the non refundable policy can be waived for us to move to another place and he also refused rudely - he actually called me to yell at me. What happened next was the worst--he looked me up on social media and LinkedIn and informed me that because of my position and my employer he will make an exception and allow us to move to a different room (same rate, just different bed) - this is absolutely unacceptable imo to look up guests. Cleanliness : there were a few long dark hairs in the bathroom, this can happen during cleaning, though unpleasant. We also found used tissues behind the couch (which had to be moved to access the electricity plug) and under the bed. When we asked the manager to make sure our next room would be cleaner he wrote that 'they do not clean behind the couch every day'. No apologies were given. Since landing in Israel the manager was calling every day 2-3 times with no apparent reason for it, at one point we stopped picking up and insisted on texting. It is not very relaxing to be called by your accommodation multiple times a day. On arrival wifi username and password were given to a network that was not available. They manage lots of apartments in this building and another network access was provided swiftly - paying more attention wiggle have been nice to start with. The towels are low quality and old and a toilet seat cover was missing all together.we booked a room with a view and on that reservation had room 618. Bed quality varies significantly: the mattress in our 2nd apartment was unbearable.

Pros: Helpful staff very nice Clean facilities
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location is really good and it's right next to everything. I got the upgraded room which was very nice with my own bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. This is basic hotel where you can get a good night sleep on a budget.
Cons: Only 4 parking spaces..In a very cramped space. Yes parking is free but this could become a hustle sometimes during day when other cars park bad or block you.
5,8 Okay
Pros: The staff is very courteous.
Cons: Heavy traffic noise very early in the morning. The noise caused by the cleaning staff. Parking capacity is only for 4 cars (small medium size) in a very narrow way, two in front and two in back line, this means that you have to ask to move the parked car behind your car or be asked to move yours ... You could leave the car key to the staff, they move it for you. No elevator. The stairwell is narrow, difficult to climb with a suitcase, some tiles are detached, be carefull.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great staff and common spaces
Cons: 3d floor without elevator Photos didn't match the actual room (specially the views)

Pros: My experience here was good. Professional people at the reception. I was looking for a quiet room and they managed to provide me one. The location is very good. Bus stops, market and laundry services close to the place. Downtown about 20 min walking.
2,9 Mediocre
Pros: Unfortunately I can't say that there is anything that I liked about this hotel at all. The only thing I can thing of is maybe the view.
Cons: The website says that there is someone at the desk for 24 hours at a time. I was suprised to recieve a phone call at 10:00 from this hotel asking if I would be arriving, as well I specifically recall putting on the website that I would be arriving at 11:30. When I arrived in our place I had requested that the room have good air conditioning and a fridge with water in it, fortunately they gave me a fridge with no water and the AC didn't work at all. I as well requested a quite room to get sleep as I had a long day of travel and the neighbour five doors down the hall were screaming, I went down stairs to the front desk to find no one there. I tried to go outside to get fresh air but I was locked inside comepletely from both entrances and exits. I truly felt like I was in prison with people screaming. I went back to my room with not much choice and the beds were so uncomfortable that neither my friend nor I got any sleep at all (and that is besides the screaming neighbours). We decided to leave as soon as possible the next day to get out of prison and when we tried to check out we tried to tell the new man behind the counter what had happened the night before and he ignored us. He then said "you will give us a good review right?" and I tried to respond that I dont really use the internet so much as it distracts me from my studies. The man responded by rising his hand in a violent manner as if threatning me. So I complied only to escape from that horrible place.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: - pretty central location if you are looking for the usual spots (Bahai Gardens in walkable distance) - nice view on the harbor from many of the rooms and from the roof - VERY friendly and helpful staff - Rooms were comfortable and clean - bus stops with lots of lines nearby, so I guess you will be able to get around easily (if you rely on public transport). Intercity bus stop just 5 stations away. - have been happy with the choice overall and would recommend it to others
Cons: - squeezy parking, not for claustrophobic cars or drivers with a tendency to bump into stuff... - in a busy neighborhood. So if you are looking for a quiet, garden-style setting, this is not the one.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, comfortable room, very humor staff, will recommend to my friends.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Haifa is a 1 stop destination and Satori hotel is a good solution. The staff is really available and can help you to plan anything from the hotel.
Cons: Didn't like there is 3 different entries to visit the Garden, including 1 entry only available up to the tour scheduled.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Good location for the predominantly Russian speaking part of Haifa. Lively area with many shops and market a few steps away. Very helpful english speaking staff sorted out most issues Fridge good and aircon very powerful
Cons: No dried/UHT milk in rooms, loo-roll holder not fixed to wall properly

Pros: Very well decorated and designed. Good choice of paintings
9,6 Excellent
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay in Satori hotel. We found it a lot prettier and cleaner than what we saw on the reviews.
5,8 Okay
Cons: I did not like the fact that we were quoted one price online ($153.82 and NIS 555.23) and charges another price in person ($183 and NIS649.60). I did not like the fact that we were charged the NIS94.39 for VAT when according to the VAT person at the airport, we should not have been charged the VAT. The noise overnight was terribly loud.

Pros: This is my favorite b&b in my favorite neighborhood in my favorite city in my favorite country. Residential neighborhoid. Just a few rooms here. Comfortable room and bed. Steamy hot shower. Tea, b coffee maker and refrigerator in room. TV if you want with multi channels and multi languages. Laundry machine in lobby. Small patio in front. Bus stops in both directions right in front to take you anywhere.
Cons: Nothing for me. Its location in Neve Shaanan was where I wanted to be. Really easy to go by bus anywhere from here, but if you want to be near something in particular, you may find this out of the way.

Pros: Hostess was very pleasant. She let us leave our luggage after we checked out. Very accommodating.

Cons: We rented the boutique room with the jacuzzi. When we came in the windows were wide open with no screens and there were a number of bugs In the room. It was also possible to hear every word from the people staying above us, and they were up until 5 AM so we got no sleep. The location was fine as was the staff, but overall this was not a good experience.

Pros: poor and expensiv
Cons: its only for sleep and leave
6,7 Good
Pros: - Cheap price comparing to other hotels in the city. - Fit for one night stay.
Cons: - Old facilities and low level hotel. - I was stuck out of the hotel for half an hour at 4 in the morning because the front door was closed and nobody was in the reception.
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: If you drive, parking was OK Did not have have breakfast there, just coffee, in the dinning room that was dark and not friendly.
Cons: The room, bed linen and towels were very old and worn out. There was no hair dryer and when I asked the reception (owner) for one, was told they do not have one.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Marom hotel is a familiar place, the personal is amazing. I enjoy the views of the city and the silence. The service was very nice.
Cons: The cleaning service should be explained at the arriving on the hotel
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Workers was very kind This area security very good We can see the the sea side and beautiful hill
7,1 Good
Pros: Even though breakfast was not included, they have an acceptable complimentary breakfast.
Cons: Seems like an old hotel, rather out of maintenance, even though everything works fine.
6,3 Good
Pros: this is a clean place. very basic. the rooms on the top floor have nice view. I recomend you bring your own soap and shampoo. if you need a room and bed to put your head at night at resonable price, its a place for you. I cannot say anything about public transportation to and from the hotel, we had a car and there is enough parking place. We did not have breakfast. We stayed one night on October (we attended the Haifa film festival) and the weather was perfect.
Cons: I recomend to encrease lighting on the public areas and to renew the old carpets.
2,9 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: For a relatively 'new' hotel, very poor clumbsy design, ugly bathroom, tatty carpet, torn all around the edges, with no skirting, just a dirty open strip between it & the wall - slum quality. And the price astronomical for what you get. The price for the night WITHOUT BREAKFAST was more than we paid the week before at the Orchid Hotel Eilat with a really fantstic breakfast included. Don't go to this hotel!
