Room lights controls. Automated blinds. Friendly staff. Breakfast.
Lighting could be stronger. Cappuccino/coffee quite watered down.
Great location; Breakfast is very tasty and diverse (however, a little bit overpriced); Rooms are comfortable and modern; Shared facilities have great conditions.
Rooms don't really isolate the sound from other rooms (despite this being described as one of their characteristics); Inside pool was a little too cold for winter.
Tight for space in toilet and shower pods
We loved that it was modern and bright. The location was good, with a pleasant 40 minute walk to the main square on the front. Along the route there are plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants or shops. There is also and excellent Metro line connection at the front of the hotel (for linger trips, to Belém or Oriente for example).
Where to begin... This is a great concept, executed so poorly and on a budget. We were excited by the app-based room control and other unique features. However, the AC did not work (were told it is “not an active system” when maintenance were called). The door lock system failed on us on day two. We were told this is normal because the heavy fire doors come loose (lean) and this required hinges re-drilling to secure the door (so that that lock connected again). Two of the main control panels (for lights and blinds) were broken. The mirror light didn’t work. The drinking cups in the room were cracked. We were offered a new room, to be fair to the hotel, but it was a much smaller, dingier one. This won’t deter us from Lisbon (what a city!!) - but will avoid this hotel now.
everything was perfect with one exception, already often mentioned: toilet is inside the room and could be solved better for more privacy
i would suggest to change the toilet door
