Cleanliness, comfort, quiet surroundings (residential area), pretty close to center and public transportation. Well functioning rooms (a bit business-type) and friendly staff. We didn't try the breakfast, but various options close by.
If you want to be downtown, you're not. In an area that's a bit dead, especially on Sunday, but the hustle and bustle is 5 minutes away by cab. However this assures a quiet night's sleep.

The window of the room did not close hermetically and the noise of the street could be disturbing.
