Spoke to kayak rep before driving an hour to pick up the rental and he assured me I could rent it with a debit card as I was traveling and didn’t have my credit card. I got there just before close to be turned away by Alamo reps who were rude and unhelpful. I will never use kayak or Alamo again.Reviewed Feb 18 2025

Pros:Nothing, we got in at midnight and just wanted to go to our hotel but all the staff at the airport had already left and locked us in the parking garage. We were left stranded in a town we didn't know well and had to scramble for a late-night uber (of which there were almost none).Cons:Someone could've been there to let us out so we could go safely to our hotelReviewed May 26 2021
