Sitting on the runway after we land for almost two hours! Not sure if we should blame United or Just Dumpy Vance.

Staff on board was excellent. Positive upbeat helpful- like it used to be.

Other than a way way too cold cabinets for the entire flight, all was great

Flight left on time. Boarding was easy. Arrived to EWR 30 mins early. Luggage was deplaned in good time. Overall a very good experience.

Excellent all round, first time flying United. App is very helpful.

I liked the choice of lemon ginger tea. I think stewardesses can be more considerate of older people needs.

It was great, I’m very grateful for the pilots and crew flight attendants for everything.
