R8 728 Find Cheap Flights from Mexico to Cape Town

Mean flight attendant. I wanted to reuse my plastic cup, but he (Matthew) said he can't for safety. I then said "I don't want water then" and he poured me a glass. I hope Matthew gets herpes and spends the rest of his life poor, lonely, and homeless.

I just think it’s unfortunate that Airlines have completely abandoned the idea of serving any kind of decent or even real food on flights, not even on a four hour flight!? Those days are gone, I guess.

Both flights delayed. 2nd flight over 3 hours late mechanical issues

Flight was delayed 45 minutes because originating flight was coming from Newark. No complimentary snacks were offered on this 5+ hour flight. No screens for the flight, but movies offered if you had already downloaded the United app (which I hadn't on my ipad). No USB ports, only a flimsy plug-in port near the bottom of the seat that was hard to see and kept coming unplugged.

Sitting on the runway after we land for almost two hours! Not sure if we should blame United or Just Dumpy Vance.

Staff on board was excellent. Positive upbeat helpful- like it used to be.

Other than a way way too cold cabinets for the entire flight, all was great

Flight left on time. Boarding was easy. Arrived to EWR 30 mins early. Luggage was deplaned in good time. Overall a very good experience.

Excellent all round, first time flying United. App is very helpful.

I liked the choice of lemon ginger tea. I think stewardesses can be more considerate of older people needs.
