Anyways on time and excellent service
Considering I cancelled the flight 2 months ago -- I would have to say the communication was poor -- since I continue to received updates. I say poor since Kayak seems not to want to respond to me to reschedule a flight -- they hold my voucher -- so I can not do it on my own --
Pros: "The crew was very attentive and willing to assist with everything."
Pros: "Our crew on the trip from DC to London was excellent- friendly and efficient. We really enjoyed the whole experience."
Cons: "The short trip from London to Vienna felt overcrowded with people lugging heavy suitcases on board. Also the fact that you have to purchase even water was a surprise because we were not aware of such a severe policy by BA. Plus our American credit cards were not accepted by the on board cc machine so we spent 2 hour flight without any refreshments"
Cons: "Really old plane with uncomfortable seats and really bad in flight options. The air conditioning was also broken so the entire flight felt hot and muggy, this is on a 12 hour flight!!"
Pros: "Smooth flight without event. On time landing. Efficient deplaning."

Pros: "The only positive is that you don't have to worry about missing your flight due to the fact LHR isn't in the Schengen zone so there's no hangup at passport control during your connection."

Cons: "Old, dirty planes with bad enterainment systems and mediocre food and drink offerings. With the price of a ticket more than Emirates, KLM and other airlines, always really suprised the overall crappy hardware, infrastructure on planes etc. When can we get a decent plane to fly the long haul flights. And an actual entertainment system like to competitors?"
Pros: "Seats were comfortable enough (by incredibly low economy seat standards)"
Cons: "Was not alerted that my flight had been canceled and rescheduled (albeit only for another flight 2 hours later, so no huge deal). All I got was a little notification that randomly popped up on the app and didn't seem worth taking seriously, and when I asked the flight attendant about it to double-check, she said it was inaccurate."

Cons: "There was an abusive passenger sitting behind me that kicked my chair the entire flight. They were angry that they didn't have more space and that I wanted to have my seat back. I offered to put it up during meal times to make sure they had enough space but that wasn't good enough. The crew knew what was happening and tried to get the other passenger to stop but the passenger persisted. The crew refused to upgrade me even though I had paid for an aisle seat and there were no other aisle seats available for me to move to. I find this service unacceptable. I probably won't be willing to fly BA again as they obviously care more about money than ensuring their customers are comfortable."

Cons: "No wifi on a +11hr flight TV Screen looks horrible. Too old. Didn’t even watch any movie on it. got downgraded from First Class to Business Class because the airline oversold first classs. Shouldn’t happen."

Cons: "The online check-in didn't work, the phone customer service only answered after a 20 min hold and was unhelpful, the seats were so close that the seat in front of me hit me in the head when the woman sitting in it reclined, and the gate attendant was rude. People taking this flight and expecting to do work or watch the in-flight entertainment shouldn't. There is not enough space to use your laptop and when the person in front of you reclines while you are trying to read, not only won't you be able to read but you won't be able to watch a movie either (unless you are very short) since the screen is tilted accordingly."
Cons: "Not even a cup of coffee! WOW. they charge and nickle and dime you to death. I had to buy a seat to be guaranteed to sit next to my wife. the base price for the flight was reasonable but then they added extra charges that were almost 1/2 more. the baggage charge was high. If I have my choice would not fly BA again."

Cons: "The BA crew was awful. I was not feeling well and wanted a cup of tea. I didn't realize you had to purchase it. I gave a member of the crew my credit credit card she said out loud "your card is declined" several people heard and then proceeded to hand me my card and walked away. I was mortified. I, of course thinking my bank had put a hold on my account because I was outside the US, called them to find out why it was declined and was told they had no idea and they did even see the $2.00 charge go through and therefore it wasn't declined on the bank's end. The way she handled it was awful, no discretion. I was visibly ill and just needed something warm to help me feel better. Needless to say I will never fly BA again and will let my company know how I was treated."

Cons: "Airbus A380, so boarding and de-boarding took some time. Aircraft interiors are made per airline requirements, not simply by aircraft manufacturer. On an airplane that will always be use on long haul routes I won't expect the usual non-really-reclinable last row of seats. Moreover, the armrest does not disappear between seats when moved upwards, it goes up only 45 degrees. Quite a nuisance traveling with your s.o. or children if you want to lean on each other."

I paid $81 for my seat since AA did not let me choose my seat. $81 for a seat that was really uncomfortable and with very limited leg room. I felt ripped off. There were common screens as entertainment instead of individual ones, very obsolete. This will be the last AA flight I will take."

I was quickly routed to the desk to get a replacement ticket, and even though the flight was oversold, they had me wait around until the plane was ready to take off. A couple minutes after they shut the door of the boarding bridge, I was called and told to follow one of them. It turns out a couple of people were headed to the right city in the wrong country."
Serving half a can as a drink for an adult is really pinching pennies. Everything else was fine.

Cons: "A United supervisor at the Leon terminal informed me that my 'smart' luggage was not allowed. I have traveled with it all over the world for the past 2 years, including to Leon in a United flight 2 days prior. I have also disabled the battery with a clearly marked OFF switch inside and never actually use it. However the memo I was shown was unambiguous and logic was not an option. So I asked for a screwdriver to remove the battery, The supervisor said no and proceed to treat me as a criminal. After one of the staff lent me tools and I removed the battery the supervisor asked for my name but off we went to board our flight. Before boarding however, my wife and I were called in for a 'random' security inspection. The experience was very unpleasant. It was discrimination and retaliation by someone abusing their authority. Very dissapointed on the United staff and their customer service."

Cons: "The prior flight was delayed because after taxing, a crew wanted to remove an uncooperative passenger and went back to the gait. Subsequently, we arrived in Washington DC with only a few minutes before our next flight Albany was scheduled to leave. Because we had to do check our carry-on bags, we were 5 minutes later to the gait where the airline refused to wait for us to board although another passenger who did not have to wait for her bag was able to board the flight Albany. We therefore had to take a shuttle to Reagan international Airport, fly on a different airline to Hartford Connecticut, rent a car and drive 2 hours to finally reach our destination in Albany."

Cons: "there where some issues with the airplane from the beginning we were inform that the seat belt and cigarette icons lights were no working . but then they have to call technicians to do a recheck on the plane so there more issues no just about the lights we have to stay in the plane until fixed some people lost their connection flights. the terminal where we landed was a long walk to customs then pick up bags and transport to the next terminal no enough time to eat between flights. to stressful ."

Cons: "I had a problem when I got to the security zone, my name on the boarding pass was not complete, in Mexico we use the last name and a 2nd last name and my boarding pass just printed my last name, I had to be separated from the line until everything was clarified, please make sure that boarding pass includes customer's7 full name to avoid inconviniences, thanks ! Everything else was pretty good ;) !"
