Pros (+) Nice people, good location, reasonable value. Free glass of wine every afternoon to hang out and mingle. Very dog friendly.
Cons (-) Someone was given our room and walked in on us. Turned out out was their second try, because their first room wasn't clean. The air conditioning filter was frozen over because the filter was filthy, so we didn't get A.C. until the next day. Overall nothing special, but for the location and price, and considering these were hopefully just flukes, didn't seem like a bad place.

Pros (+) The room was a decent size. I liked that it had a balcony. I liked that it had a bathtub and shower.
Cons (-) I was allergic to something on the bed. I found that the bed was very uncomfortable. The room was very noisy so if you cann't sleep with noise, then skip this place. I was on the top floor and every horn blow and sirens are very loud and very often. Construction was also very noisy at 6AM.
