I was surprised that there wasn’t a top sheet on the bed as I don’t like to sleep with comforters at hotels. It also did not cool below 72 degrees. Otherwise a nice stay and nice location close to metro stop.

Booked this hotel at the last minute at a steal of a rate. Located right in the heart of Foggy Bottom, the location can't be beat! A short walk to Georgetown, and a block away from the Metro. Great value for the location. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean, comfortable and modern. The property itself is a bit unique- perhaps a former apartment building that wa...

Cons (-) I would have liked it if they had a restaurant, even a small one, on site. Breakfast would be awesome but I'm not sure they have the room. The hallways were badly overheated and the room was too so we actually opened the window at night to be comfortable.
