Great rooms. Like that you put key in to control air conditioner so weren't wasting energy while not there. EXCELLENT bathroom.
No free wifi in the rooms. Confusing information about how to get room service
If traveling with 3 people...
Signed up for a 3 person hotel room - was changed an extra $20 for a double bed attached to a dolly so that we all had a place to sleep....I guess the room can fit three but not the beds...beware. The concierge asked "will all three of you be sleeping in the king size bed?" I said "No, of course not. I signed up for a 3 person room..." anyway lost $20....
location, however many other hotels in the area. Very comfortable bed. Large Bathroom.
Small room. But overpriced.
Responsiveness of the staff
Attempt to park in such a small area
As of Aug 31, the lobby was undergoing renovations. I didn't know that prior to my arrival. Not a big deal, my room was perfect. Just a heads up for future goers. Valet parking was $45/day, but you can come and go as you please. They do have self parking that's a bit cheaper. Pick your poison.
The staff of the hotel is excellent.
Central location to shops and restuarants.
No real negatives.
Very close to Georgetown. Also the bed was very comfortable!
The cleanliness and comfortable atmosphere.
Relatively small lobby when compared to other Westin's.
Our room was nicely appointed and well designed. The staff, although limited in numbers, were very nice and accomodating. We were happy to have a quiet room, as requested, with a super comfortable bed with beautiful linens. I wish every hotel experience was this great! I have to mention the perfect location for sightseeing, walking and shopping.
wonderful hotel, nice room with a beautiful bathroom. walking distance to lincoln memorial etc
pary at the square below was kinda noisy
I loved the location
Renovations starting at 8am (ie- removing tile from the room above us). We did not have working water for over 12 hours!!! Our final bill had a $500 charge for our last night's stay.
Friendliness of the staff. The room was very nice for the price. Overall we were very pleased with our overall experience at the Westin and would definitely stay there again or recommend it to other travelers.
The breakfast buffet should have included stock in the hotel for the price charged. The price was way too high. We had dinner in the hotel also and the price was quite reasonable and the food very good; which is part of the reason we were so shocked when our breakfast buffets cost nearly as much as our dinner the night before.
The rooms are gettig a bit tired
perfect compfort. I finally got rid of my jet-lag and slept beutifully the whole night. The team was very considerate and allowed for late depareture (3 PM) so I could finish my work before catching my next flight
I had to pay for wireless internet connection
