Pros: Location very close to Petit Train du Nord trail. Beautiful property with inviting front and rear yards and large porch. Large room for 4. Amazing ovo vegetarian breakfast. Garage storage for bikes. Great proprietors.
Cons: Everything was great.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location was lovely. Place was well kept and nicely decorated. Breakfast was good.
Cons: Given a third floor room with steep stairs. Out of breath even tho owner carried my luggage. I had to carry it down. Also breakfast was a croque Mouseiur with maple syrup. Not good for a diabetic. When I refused it I was admonished that I should have let them know the day before. How was I to know it wasn’t a simple buffet. If they knew what they were cooking they could have asked me.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here after an extremely cold day on the P'tit Train due Nord bike route. The house is beautiful and so are the grounds. There is secure storage for bikes. The breakfast was fantastic and generously sized. The lattes were wonderful and the muffin they served was the best. The hosts, Carolyne and Pierre-Andre, were so very lovely, friendly and welcoming. The house felt a touch cold when we arrived as human popsicles so Pierre-Andre hooked us up with an extra heater in our room and he drove us to a restaurant for dinner.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful home on a peaceful and wooded property. One room is more gorgeous than the next. The hosts are wonderfully warm and welcoming. The added touches were so appreciated - tea on the porch, delicious chocolates and more.

The lake is closed so can't access it. It's kinda far from everything so if u want to get somewhere, take ur car or walk 30 mins unless u want to go to the dep. It's the only thing around you.

Pros: Very good breakfast, staffs were very kind , quiet and clean room, loved walk in the woods near the hotel.
5,4 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was nice.
Cons: If we'd known how far this place was from a restaurant for dinner I wouldn't have picked it. We hadn't ordered the table d'hote beforehand and so had to take a taxi into town at a cost of $28 there and back for dinner. The roads are hilly and dangersous for bikers and walkers. The table d'hote should be offered to everyone at check in.
7,1 Good
Pros: The breakfast was excellent and the owner accommodated our request for an early breakfast. The location was the only disappointment. We hadn't ordered the dinner because we thought we could go into town for dinner - but the town was not close enough to walk and we didn't want to bike in the dark.
Cons: The location was the only disappointment.
7,5 Good
Pros: Good location

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice swimming pool,
Cons: Bathroom very s mall ,
1,0 Poor
Pros: Staff and site were nice
Cons: Because of weddings, lot’s of noise in the room until very early in the morning. Room walls and doors are extremely thin, you hear everything. Rooms are too humid as well. For this price, this hotel needs to remove old carperts and do a major renovation.
7,0 Good
Pros: Lovely old rustic style hotel. Nice common places (bar, pool room, hall). The room was clean, but needs some maintenance. Nice breakfast, nothing awesome, but a good standard buffet.
Cons: Very poor sound insulation in the old rustic rooms. We can not only ear, but understand what the others couples were saying. No control on the heating system, and the fireplace don't produce much heat. The hotel restaurant is ok, nothing spectacular, just ok.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Room nicely renovated. Kids loved the indoor pool and games room.
Cons: Mattress was too soft.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The double rooms are too small for 4 adults. Moved to the boardroom suite for the next 2 nights and this was incredible. Nespresso coffee was great. Excellent internet. Food was good in the restaurant and bar but slightly expensive.
Cons: Breakfast not included. Noisy on the first night because of a conference. After moving to a suite on the second day it was quiet despite 2 weddings in the hotel. No kettle for tea or hot water for foods.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Ambiance
Cons: Hotpool is indoors

Cons: The creek
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The Spa and solarium. The staff is very nice!
Cons: Standard room too small. Not enough staff at the bistro. The lady was alone at lunch time. We waited 45 minutes for our order. She did her best! Can't have a glass of wine at the fireplace and solarium
9,2 Excellent

7,5 Good
Pros: our massage was really relaxing and staff really friendly. We enjoyed how calm and relaxing it was.
Cons: our check in ended up being late of few hours and didn't end up having the room we were supposed to. Our Bath tub wasn't working well we had a hard time to put the plug.
7,1 Good
Cons: In our room there are staples popping out where the jacuzzi is. The mirror around the jacuzzi was dirty. The toilet bowl doesn’t flush properly.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was great, the staff could not do enough for us and the facilities were wonderful. They had several pools, hot tubs and beautiful areas to is out and enjoy the great weather we had.
Cons: Nothing - we would very much consider just come back to stay in Sainte Edele for this hotel....

Pros: SPA
Cons: You need to extra for the sauna 15$ for 15 minutes.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were helpful. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable.
Cons: The restaurant service left something to be desired, and the menu could have been more refined for healthier tastes.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff members The presentation of the room The great reception upon arrival The inside pools
7,5 Good
Pros: Well located
Cons: The rooms had fire places that were not to be used even though the nights were very cool to cold by our standards. There is no elevator and no porter. Getting ice was two flights down. We are seniors with disabilities and my partner needed ice for her insulin. The spa hours were not clear to us and their special deal was posted at the end of the day not the beginning of it so we couldn't take advantage of it. The on buttons for the hot tub were on a wall requiring us to leave the hot tub after a ten minute stay. Half the jets didn't work. Bath robes had to be turned in at the desk and couldn't be left (wet) in the room.

Cons: very old hotel ,in major despair for renovations, musty smell and minimum equipment...front door did not lock due to break in ,coffee machine not working and musty old smell in room....but ok for one night and affordable....staff was awesome...
9,6 Excellent
Pros: This is a standard motel set back enough from the main street of a small tourist village in the Laurentians. It ranks high on the value-for-money index. Not fancy, but totally clean and pleasant. Some positive points are: a) continental breakfast, not gourmet, but complete; b) many of the rooms have a jacuzzi in the bathroom...nice in summer but a luxury in winter; c) tables outside near the pool for breakfast and snacking.
Cons: Our expectations were fully met.
7,9 Good
Pros: Convenient location to restaurants and octoberfest. Parked the car and left it. The room was comfortable, had a couch and had a breakfast area which was a bonus.
Cons: The cleanliness could use an improvement. We found qtips all over the bathroom floor. The tub looked a little grimy at best. The grounds are a little unkept. Could use some paint, whipper snipper and tarmac repair. Would make a huge improvement. Also the front desk girl seems a little overwhelmed...although I was the only one there at the time.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: It’s the location
9,2 Excellent

10,0 Excellent

Pros: Very clean and great location.

5,8 Okay
Pros: Needs a little bit of TLC very old and as an odor in the room
Cons: The bed and odord doesn't look to clean took it for the price
6,3 Good
Pros: The beds were comfortable and room clean
Cons: Circa 1970-1980 motel. Pool non functional and full of stagnant algae. Contentiental breakfast stripped down to coffee and mini croissants, with no real dining facility I would and did take breakfast elsewhere. It is a dated facility
5,4 Okay
Pros: Location, beds are more or less comfortable.
Cons: Poor breakfast served in the reception room which is very small. We arrived for check in at 4PM, the reception was closed and we had to call for them to tell us to go to room 3 were the keys were. The owner/receptionist was confused. Toilet seat was not functioning properly. Thin walls, people above us were very loud until late hour.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Really comfortable bed, clean pool, excellent breakfast. Friendly people. Close to restaurants. I enjoyed my stay.
Cons: Not much hot water we had to take our shower with cold water. And no wifi.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: It's a great motel with the value it offers. I had a nice time staying there. The internet connection was fast, the room was clean and it offers breakfast. There was a friendly lady at the reception. She was super helpful. They also offer discounts on some restaurants in the town, something to consider. If you are just looking for a place to sleep on a trip, it is a nice choice.
Cons: A little bit dated, but it didn't bother me.

4,0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast and location to Mont Tremblant
Cons: Strange housekeeping policy, which is not explained at check-in led to our room not being cleaned during our entire 3 night stay. Calls to front desk for fresh towels daily were required. Keys had to be revised several time. Pool too cold
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Easy to find, right off the main road. Our suite was very nice, spacious and clean. The staff at the front desk were all polite, friendly and accommodating
Cons: The spa is not really inviting. The welcome center for the spa is not being used. It’s pitch black. So you don’t feel like you are going to be pampered. The therapist was very good though. The pool needs to be resurfaced and repainted, but the water was nice.
6,3 Good
Pros: Location good, the bedroom and bed was comfortable
Cons: At this price point, it should have been better. Breakfast was very basic. the room was OK but the lock was a temporary fitting. the facilities were a bit lacking in polish and maintenance and most of all the welcome and staff training was not up to a four star.
6,3 Good
Pros: The location of the property is very good in terms of scenery and places to eat. The hotel is bright and welcoming and nicely decorated. The room we stayed in was furnished well and had a good seating area.
Cons: The staff were not well informed about the local area and it turned out that we knew more about it than them. The Manger/owner of the property was very rude and condescending and requires to learn more tact. We asked for a late check out which was agreed by the property staff when we checked in but in the morning we were harassed while in our room to vacate. The manager knew nothing of our late check out due to their staff miscommunication and threatened to charge us. It was a very bad end to a otherwise pleasant stay.
7,9 Good
Pros: I like that that spa was included in the price, I liked the lobby/hotel furniture, the big chairs in the hallway, I liked the fact there are 2 pool tables, one of them, the on up top, was in a nice little lounge. I liked the bed, it was pretty comfortable.
Cons: There was hair on the bathroom/shower wall, that was not pleasant. The zinc is really weird, a but high in my opinion. The food menu I find it overpriced; it's good food, but overpriced for what it is. I had the AAA steak and fries, for what the plate offered, I find 30$ is too much. Even the fries weren't super great, just really basic regular fries... nothing special. The coffee maker doesn't pour much water when you make espresso lungo/allongé, it pours very little water so you have to re-run it again, but then it's slightly diluted so it doesn't taste too good... and lastly the walls are not well isolated, I could hear the people in both room next to us, talking loud, it was really annoying.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice place, very quiet and clean. We enjoyed our stay. Hello to Rosie and thanks for everything. Highly recommended
Cons: None

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Good value for price, kitchenette in room is handy, large rooms.
Cons: Reception hours were a bit odd but key was waiting as promised so no big deal.
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: The view of our room.
Cons: Slippery bathtub (you might die if you try to shower) and it will flood the bathroom. Water will stay on the ground even if you tried to clean up. You have wifi only during certain hours . The lake is closed so can't access it. It's kinda far from everything so if u want to get somewhere, take ur car or walk 30 mins unless u want to go to the dep. It's the only thing around you.
6,3 Good
Pros: size of the room, location
Cons: front office closed after 5PM. bathroom needs serious TLC
