Cons: The heat of the shower water is a real problem. There is a significant pulsing of water which goes from cold to scalding hot in a matter of 2-3 seconds. It's so bad that I will not stay in the Westin Warsaw again. I'm an SPG loyalist, but I won't be staying at the Westin Warsaw ever again due to the water heat situation. It's really bad, and when I told the front desk, they commented that the problem had to their knowledge been fixed. I can't be the only guest that finds this dangerous and terribly bothersome.

Cons: On check out the person assisting my check out was not friendly, bordering on rude and discourteous. I did recommend to her to be different when assisting at the desk...her response was for me to be empathetic to her tiredness. I do appreciate that it can be tiring but most jobs can be...this makes the difference between a good to a great service.

Cons: Due to remodeling breakfast was served in a ballroom. Which was perfectly ok, except staff was not able to handle it properly. They had no time to bring coffee even thought the hostess has offered it to us. Line to egg station was long. It could have been setup differently for example with taking orders at the station and delivering to the tables when food is ready. There were also lines to coffee stations.

Cons: Breakfast was challenging for a vegan (even more than is typical at hotels) … I mainly ate bread, cucumbers and tomatoes. It would have been nice to have fruit and something to put on the bread other than cheese. I tried something that I thought was jam the first morning on the bread, but it was very sour.

Cons: I did not like the TV channels at all. There was not single channel with English. All channels had a Polish translation in the background and the user did not have any control over it. That was terrible. An international hotel must definitely have only English channels accessible.

Pros: The location is brilliant - close to a very wide range of restaurants, pubs bars an specialty shops. Staff were very helpful and accommodating especially in light of the initial mix up with double booking. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay.

Pros:
Cons: I payed for 3 night They said and showed in your site photo as a hotel And I had more than 2 hours looking for it Name this hostel chmielna at the door wrote another name ! Coz chmielna hotel , I mean real hotel not far from this hostel, it mean they used another hotel name , when you see in the map and how this hotel look like , you think is cooooool In real it used another hotel to make clients And this another problem is the administration in building and the hostel in another building I chang my place after first night And I didn't toke nothing I took about my money about 50$

Pros:
Cons: I didn't like cleanliness of the apartment. Bathroom was poorly maintained. Room was small and bed was terribly uncomfortable. Kitchen offered free coffee and tea, bad coffee was missing, probably for the long time. What is the most annoying, bed was poorly build, so one sharp edge of it made hole in my trousers. It was dangerous!

Cons: I Don't know why you ask a question for staff there is no one there ! I read the reviews of other people , mostly complain about the different location of reception and guesthouse but I didn't realize it means it just a hall with some rooms ! You have to climb up many steps at least 2 times then you got a key try to find the guesthouse .

Cons: The smell of drains on one particular day but this did not persist. It appears to be beyond the control of the building owners as we noticed similar drain smells elsewhere in the wake of rain.
