Staff at reception was too naive. They mistakenly allotted me someone else's room which was dirty and to my utter shock someone's luggage with was already there without any lock etc. So be careful when you go out u have to lock your laptop etc somewhere because the staff at reception is totally naive and seems to be relying on their bleak memory instead of computers. Both the guy and the lady at reception made me come back and forth to the reception at least 4 times a day since they didn't know how to program the door key. Often the electronic key wouldn't work and they alot your rooms to someone else while u didn't even checkout. The new room that they allotted me however, was quite comfortable and breakfast was also good though they charged a high amount for that. Throughout my stay anywhere in Europe breakfast is mostly complimentary and free at good hotels unlike this hotel. Hotel is adequately overstaffed yet lots of mismanagement is there. The drinking water is a big issue in that hotel too. The cleaning staff is bit casual too. Overall luxurious and sumptuous hotel but partially or maybe grossly mismanaged by novice/ inexperienced staff who seriously lack professionalism.
