Pros: I have stayed in the Polonia many times both before and after its renovation. The staff are friendly and helpful, the food is good and well priced. The rooms are well soundproofed, spacious and comfortable. If you are visiting Warsaw for the first time ask for a room that overlooks the Square so that you can appreciate the view.

Cons: Nothing not too like!

Pros: 2nd time staying here following a very positive 1st stay a few years ago. This hotel is lovely. We were up graded to a large room this stay, a nice touch. The breakfast is legendary. It really is everything you could ever need. The hotel is well located and a nice walk to the Royal Route which leads to the Old Town. The location encourages lots of walking, but if you need to, you can access the metro easily. A lovely hotel and 10 out of 10 for 2 visits.

Pros: Was a great hotel, position was spot on, staff were lovely always room for improvement. Excellent breakfast, vodka n champagne was available, rooms were comfortable and quite large. Inside was very well decorated and impressive. Outside well it was winter but could do with some greenery or something out front. Bar was good, service was excellent. Free drink on checkin was good. Close to transport and shopping area. Not far from castles and palaces.

Cons: Conditioner is not a big item in Poland hotel bathrooms, but would be good.

Pros: Polonia Palace Hotel has so much to offer both business and leisure travelers. Great location, big, comfortable, QUIET and well appointed rooms, attentive staff and the best breakfast buffet ever. Conference rooms are attractive and convenient to the guest rooms and amenities. We would stay there again and recommend it without hesitation.

Pros: The best value for money hotel I've stayed in (including stays in 5 star hotels and also luxury category hotels worldwide over a number of years). All functions worked like clockwork, everything gleamed, Reception staff super efficient and the breakfast buffet superb. A very well oiled machine is the Polonia Palace!

Pros: I cannot rate the Polonia Palace highly enough, immaculate spacious rooms, very central, great staff. All good!

Pros: Classic European lux hotel. A grand dame of Warsaw. Fully modern with wonderful, English-seaking staff. Very comfortable room; king bed; excellent Internet service; huge comfortable bathroom. Outstanding breakfast (get breakfast with your rate!). Also enjoyed dinner one evening when it was particularly sleety and blustery outdoors -- did not want to go anywhere.

Cons: Hotel provides soap and shower gel in dispensers rather than individual bars or tubes.

Pros: Beautiful building in an absolute prime location. The room was simple but comfortable. The gym and sauna were nice and breakfast has huge variety.

Cons: I did not like the girl in the recoption on my check out, very unprofessional. I asked in reception if I can post pone my check out by 5 p.m. so the person in reception told me that it is fine he will update this for me, the next day I realises that the train which I had to take to my home town was at 6:40 p.m. so I asked again in the reception if would be possible to extend till 6 p.m. the receptionist told me no problem and she slso upgrade my card, however when I was checking out the women in reception was very unprofessional asked me to tell her the name who allow me to stay longer, so I fould this very unprofessional.

Pros: This was my second stay in the Hampton Warsaw City Centre. Location in Warsaw, lobby decor and ease in checking in and out, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, speed of elevators, room decor, comfort, and cleanliness, the informal dining in the lobby area, are all flawless and superb. The breakfast is probably one of the best I have ever experienced and I have traveled far and wide. Great value for the money! I highly, highly recommend this hotel!

Pros: Main reason for choosing this hotel was the close proximity to the train station (I've stayed one night, then I took the train to another city for a few days. Afterward I returned and stayed 4 more nights here) and to the Złote Tarasy shopping mall. They have HBO and you can change the Audio language of the movies from Polish to English. Pretty nice city view (especially from the upper floors -> we stayed at floor 16). Separate shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Room rate is good.

Cons: The check-in process on the initial single night of stay was horrible. They could not find my reservation (which was paid for in advance btw) and I had to stay at the counter 15 min until they solved it. The person who was checking me in seemed fairly new and needed help from his colleagues. The thing was that his colleagues (including the shift manager) did not seem to care very much, although there were no other people at the front desk and therefore they could have helped pro-actively rather than reactively when their colleague was asking for help. Breakfast has limited variety and after 2-3 days you will be feed-up with it. Also on my one night stay, the orange juice at the breakfast was more water, less orange and definitely not juice. Room sofa is not comfortable. It has a weird angle and after 5 min of sitting on it, my back was already started to hurt. The bathroom is outdated and there seemed to be some mold on the silicon at the base of the shower tub. The sink is placed close to the faucet but for some reason they added about 30-40 cm of countertop between you and the sink. This means that if you would like to wash your teeth over the sink and you are under 170 cm in height you need to get on your toes and lean forward a lot. For 1-2 nights of stay and if you want to save some money you can definitely stay here. If you plan to stay longer I would say pay the extra money and ger yourself a 4-star hotel.

Pros: Located close to the Central station. Continental breakfast was great. Room is cozy and comfortable, and especially like the decoration. There's a convenience store right downstairs so easy to get some late night snacks/beverages.

Cons: The breakfast was ok, but very busy and a little too hectic. Waiting in line for everything. The beds were so hard!

Cons: Went We chechin /check out of hotel , the Waiters don't welcome and don't help us to bring our luggages. Also, the Receiption has mistaken our payment, saying we havent't payed something that was already prepaid. No hotel should ever make this mistake.

Cons: I stay often at this Sheraton. They always make an error with the reservation - this time it was two beds instead of reserved one. But - still great value for the price.

Pros: The design of the hotel, the location - a walking distance to everything , the design of the room - very spacious and cosy with a very comfortable bed ; the lounge aria - very nice with delicious and great quality products with many vegan options (I really suggest booking a room with lounge access - great value for money), the breakfast room is very stylish and offering a great choice of products. Cons: Sound proofing. I could hear the cleaners slamming the doors every morning. There was also an incident at 3 in the morning where some children of guests decided to run up and down the hall with their barking dog causing a lot of noise. This disrupted my sleep and stained my experience. I rang reception to complain who handled it relatively quickly.
