Cons (-) At checkin...holding and paid for king room, one night. Then joined tour 2 nights. Asked if reservations could be combined. Was told She had same room type but had to pay 140 PLn more. Then said she did not have rooms to upgrade, so downgraded me but would not credit me. She did, she didn’t, no I can’t have my money back and so on. Reception staff not so good
