    At checkin...holding and paid for king room, one night. Then joined tour 2 nights. Asked if reservations could be combined. Was told She had same room type but had to pay 140 PLn more. Then said she did not have rooms to upgrade, so downgraded me but would not credit me. She did, she didn’t, no I can’t have my money back and so on. Reception staff not so good

    the hotel is good and honestly the hotel rescued me when i found an available double room with extra bed after what the hotel "apartmenty zgoda" did to us, as it is the worst hotel ever with the worst customer service, anyway grand mercure was a good hotel, good location, staff is friendy

    If the room could have been bigger since two males were staying in the room. Perfect place for couples I would think.

    The hotel is located successfully in relation to station: 2 stops by tram or by bus, it is possible to reach for 15 minutes on foot. Very attentive personnel on a reception. The comfortable, pure number, convenient bed. Very much it was pleasant, I will recommend to friends.

    There's no Wi-Fi in the room.
