Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, helpful and friendly staff, and the quality of the breakfast, with several mentioning a wide selection and vegetarian options. Many found the rooms comfortable, though some noted issues with bed comfort and cleanliness in certain areas. Cons (-) At checkin...holding and paid for king room, one night. Then joined tour 2 nights. Asked if reservations could be combined. Was told She had same room type but had to pay 140 PLn more. Then said she did not have rooms to upgrade, so downgraded me but would not credit me. She did, she didn’t, no I can’t have my money back and so on. Reception staff not so good
