Pros (+) Location was good for business district but a little far from train station and attractions. Good breakfast buffet. Staff speaks English.
Cons (-) Hotel shows up under two different names on some web sites. It is also called the JM Hotel. Confusing.

Cons (-) 1. Wifi didn't work and the front desk staff said that"we are not technicians--we don't know. It's problem of your phone." 2. front desk offered me a wrong room card for three times, making me keep traveling between 1sr and 21st floor. 3. this hotel don't provide toothbrush and rudely say I could pay12 zl at the store outside.

Cons (-) King bed was like the rock, whilst single bed being right softness, but was sagged like a spent volcano. Wify also did not work eeliabbly. Who gave is place 4 stars, not me, 3.5 at most

Pros (+) Good location is about all I can say for the hotel
Cons (-) Staff ignored service requests 4 times. A/C didn't work, bathroom stall wouldn't close, Towels thin, room smelly (mildew) , door lock broken, wouldn't be fixed for days, no English channels on TV, wireless slow, flakey, and didnt work most of the time. Again, staff didn't do a thing

Pros (+) Reasonable price for quality of stay. Wouldn't pay more.
Cons (-) Not sure, why doormen hang around if he never open the door. Front desk staff never at the front, always have to wait for them. It was quick stay and no expectations, but certainly would give less stars if it would be a leisure stay. Should be good for business travelers.
