Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful
Pros: One of the best hotel in the world
Pros: The rooms are exquisite. Luxurious and comfortable with great views of Lake Geneva. The front of house staff are friendly and approachable. The facilities (gym and pool) are in great condition. The hotel is also in a great location. We enjoyed our stay here.
Cons: The restaurants were a dissappointment. Service in the Il Lago restaurant wasn't up to Michelin star standards and the steak we ordered was chewy. When we mentioned this to the staff, they didn't seem to care. The staff in the coffee and bar lounge (I forgot the name of it) were not friendly and the service was slow on the two occasions we tried it. Other than the restaurants, the hotel is fantastic and one of the best we've stayed in. We would definitely come back, but would probably give the restaurants a skip.
With a stay at Hôtel Les Armures, you'll be centrally located in Geneva, steps from Saint-Pierre Cathedral and 3 minutes by foot from Bourg-de-Four Square. Featured amenities include a business center, limo/town car service, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby.
Pros: The design and decoration, the cleanliness, the breakfast
Cons: -The restaurant. (I booked a table, they couldn’t find it anf if I were unable to find the proof mail, they were ready to send us back with my 73 year old mum next to me!!!). -They double charged the breakfast. When I discovered it, they paid it back. I don’t think it was on purpose but still they should have been more careful.
Pros: The location, and the building, and the wonderful staff
Cons: On this visit, the room I booked was ‘standard’ and quite smaller than I anticipated. Would recommend booking one of the larger rooms, worth the extra cost.
Pros: Great staff and location
Cons: Would’ve like tea/coffee making in the room
Pros: Friendly helpful staff. Comfy bed. Allowed early check in. Room cleaning done quietly and efficiently.
Cons: No gym.

Pros: location. clean nice staff
Cons: price the elevator
Pros: - The professionalism of the staff - Location - Cleanliness - location
Cons: Nothing, everything was exceptional
Cons: An amount of 430 riyals has been deducted without any right for the hotel. The insurance has been paid to cash. The employee said I would put a block on 1 ch in order for the system to accept the transaction, but when checking out, the amount of 430 riyals was deducted without telling me why.
Pros: Service was excellent Location perfect Room was spacious I loved Chat Botté restaurant!! Room service food was top notch (I was there for work so would come back super tired, so glad the food was yummy!)
Cons: This is just a preference but the style is very classic which is not for everyone
Pros: Everything was really great, from breakfast to location to room, but real gem here is staff - service is impeccable yet with personal touch - simply outstanding!

Cons: I cannot this of anything

Pros: a luxury hotel, deserving of its membership in Dorchester. Extremely kind staff.
Cons: For the price, ought to include a nice breakfast as in other Swiss hotels we stayed in.
Pros: Staff and service Amazing bathroom Location Clean Quiet aircon
Cons: Dated windows - noise and air coming in Small room for the price No hotel terrace, view on trees from 2° floor room
Pros: Staff, location, facilities.
Located in Geneva (Downtown Geneva), Hotel d'Allèves is within a 15-minute walk of Saint-Pierre Cathedral and Reformation Wall Monument. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: This is a nice hotel near the train station. Friendly staff. Large rooms for Switzerland. Location not too exciting but convenient. Like much in Switzerland it is very expensive.
Pros: - Staff are friendly and nice . - Location of Hotel , u wont need a car to go around
Pros: Perfect hotel comfy bed ,helpful pleasant staff, front office and in breakfast room.
Cons: Nothing to suggest
Pros: The hotel staff were extremely helpful, friendly and attentive. Breakfast was plentiful, our room (duplex on 7th floor) was extremely quiet (even at night) and spacious. And the hotel was only a 5 min walk from the train station, along the pedestrian walkway (R. du Mont Blanc) straight out from the station - you just go down the escalator in the station to the lower level before exiting the station). It was also only a 6 min train journey from the airport! Everything to like about this hotel. We asked for a kettle at reception, and it arrived quickly, along with tea/coffee/cups, etc. We were also given complimentary water each day in our room. And when we asked for a corkscrew, again, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again.
Cons: Some of the reception staff were not always able to help with our questions about local attractions, etc, however, there is a Tourist Information Center at the top of the road, where we went to get more detailed information. Not an issue and not a negative on the hotel at all.
With a stay at Hôtel de La Cigogne, you'll be centrally located in Geneva, steps from Flower Clock and 4 minutes by foot from Bourg-de-Four Square. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk.
Pros: We loved the hotel and the very friendly staff.
Pros: Central location with good service good size rooms , good breakfast , good wifi
Cons: Some rooms could do with a renovation, small toilets separated from shawer , some are better than others
Pros: Location hotel decor and ambiance
Cons: Pot restaurant, poor communication in restaurant. Inconsistent service. Hotel taxi knowledge of destination
Pros: Loved the breakfast and loved the options of breakfast served in room service
Cons: PLEASE get a bar!!!!
Pros: Location was very good. Staff was helpful. Rooms were very nice as we had the junior suite.
Cons: The breakfast was very poor compared to other 5 star hotels we stayed in Europe. They charged us 15 CHF for a 3 kg dog even though they did not offer anything to the dog. Even though the room was very nice and big (junior suite) the toilet was very small.
Pros: The rooms, although not large, were well appointed with modern bathroom which contrasted with the traditional French style old fashioned decor. Everything worked although you had to crawl on your hands and knees to find a charging point for the phone etc.
Cons: I am a long standing user of booking.com and very rarely complain on reviews but here the breakfast was vastly overpriced and the service diabolical. Whether the Cigoyne deserves to be in Relais & Chateaux or 5* is debatable due to our experience at breakfast on the first day. My wife and I arrived first, ordered and were presented with a selection of the usual pastries (croissant, roll, packet of toast etc - 2 of each). Our son and his wife and small child then arrived and ordered the same. After some considerable time nothing arrived. We asked again and were told what had been presented was all we were having i.e. what was left in our basket which was for 2 persons. We then said politely not to bother as it was too late and we had to go out for the day. Staff members (including management) then followed us to my son's room with an empty basket saying it had been replenished 3 times which was blatantly not correct as it must have been another table. At that point they said outright, which my wife witnessed, that “someone must be lying” in perfect English! Totally unprofessional for a 1* Hotel let alone 5*. I stayed at the end of October on business at the sister hotel next door (4* Longemalle) where I had a lovely breakfast buffet to choose from. A much better breakfast and polite service. We had breakfast there the second day. After spending the previous four nights with perfect service at the magnificent Montreux Palace Hotel we were not impressed by such accusations at the Cigoyne!

Cons: I was expecting bigger size room
Pros: Amazing service. Their staff is first rate. Newly restored rooms are beautiful and elegant.
Pros: The design of the rooms are modern and luxury. The location was great.
Cons: There is no lift to enter the hotel , every time you had to use stairs and was not comfortable at all. We had baby stroller it was very difficult. The doorman was not helpful that much.
Pros: Location + staff
Pros: the politeness and the helpfulness is extremely good , all the staff makes you welcome
Cons: not enough shower gels / shampoo in bathroom 1 small of each for 2 people also cleaning staff way to eager to get rid of food in the room ( cake and fruit just disappeared ) breakfast buffet very small , not many choices but overall good quality
Pros: - New and modern studio - Very comfortable bed - Two flat screen TVs and good quality furnitures
Cons: - The room when received was rather cold (winter time) - Difficult to modify successfully in room temperature
Pros: Location and amenities !
Pros: Everything about this place, the spacious room, nespresso machine, bed, the staff and location. And this is the second time I stayed here. Will come back.
Cons: I wish for the price, it includes breakfast.
Pros: Top spot
Cons: Noisy as it’s on the main shopping strip but that’s only because I opened the door for fresh air
Pros: The heart of Geneva city! I love the location!
Pros: The room was very comfortable & well equipped for a several night stay in Geneva, the location is good and can easily walk to many places from the apartment, the staff are incredibly helpful & very friendly
Cons: We didn’t have a tea towel in the kitchenette at first but when housekeeping saw we were using a hand towel, they provided one and there is only one dishwasher tablet provided
Pros: Good location
Cons: Cleaner left door-open after cleaning room

Pros: Great location. Clean room. Kind staff. Sadly the lebanese restaurant was closed at this time due to work in progress. Can't wait to try that later. But there is a Starbucks on the other side of the square.
Cons: I had issues to sleep well in the bed (but i am quite difficult). also there was a mobile phone vibrating every minute all the night (not exaggerating) in the room above ours... quite annoying, but we are still alive ;).
Pros: Clean. Comfortable. Perfect location. Historical building w modern design. Easy to get to aerport.
Cons: Could not open the window (was blocked) as it was 1st floor
Cons: Nothing Everything worked as a good swiss watch

Cons: Breakfast very limited ,room very small no cattle for tea

Pros: The staff, the location, the breakfast, the bathtub in the toilet. Great hotel!
Cons: The rooms were a bit small, but you cannot expect more. To be honest it’s an excellent hotel.
Pros: Spacious well equipped bedroom. Nice foyer/breakfast area. Security key required to use the lift. The choice of breakfast foods was excellent and the hot food was being freshly prepared as we ate. The location is very central to the sight seeing areas and restaurants are plentiful and nearby. Staff were so nice and very helpful. We will return to that hotel again when we visit Geneva in the future.
Pros: Amazing hotel and staff. Wonderful location. Tasty breakfast.
Cons: I just didn’t understand why they took the money for breakfast at the early check-out: I left at 5 in the morning and I didn’t have breakfast
Pros: Excellent location for visiting the city, close to all attractions. For sure I will come back next time!
Pros: Great location within easy walking distance to both train station and bus station. Good room size, clean and plenty of power points. Very well set up room. Great bathroom. Good breakfast, well stocked up during service and plenty of good options. Staff on check in was lovely, the one on check out was a bit indifferent.
Pros: Comfortable and quiet, pleasant breakfast
Cons: Didn’t like finding hair all over the bathroom when we arrived. The bathroom didn’t feel like it had been cleaned with much attention. But as expected for a budget hotel I guess?
Pros: Sergio is the best!
Cons: Breakfast can be better.

Cons: Rooms style is pretty old they need to be redecorated and the smells of the hallways is not good

The rooms themselves give the guest an unequalled travel experience with luxurious comfort and a subtle blend of classic and antique furnishings.
Pros: Location is Exellent, close to everything!!! But overall it’s ordinary 4 star Hotel !!! The rooms size not like in the pictures! Restaurant was closed ! Rooms tiny , no standing shower, only very very small bath. The amenities very ordinary ... absolutely nothing special ! Was expecting much more for this price!
Pros: This was a small boutique hotel, located just around the corner from Geneva lake, the four seasons and the ritz. It was quaint, beautiful, the rooms were very roomy Loved the ambience, the staff were so accommodating and friendly. One of the best hotels of our trip.
Pros: Everything staff hotel location fantastic
Pros: Location , clean and staff hospitality
Cons: No Arabic channel, breakfast is not as we respected
Pros: Fairly central location, within an easy walking distance to the main train station and the old town. Large room with comfortable bed.
Cons: Was a bit expensive, but in comparison to others in Geneva I would say not overly.

Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a 24-hour business center, and express check-in. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Comfort, location (close to transport links, and railway station). Quiet room.
Cons: Although location is good it is in a rather run down area.
Pros: I made the booking very last minute, but the cosy hotel exceeded my expectation. The room is very clean, comfortable, and there is a lovely balcony! Staff at the front desk is very helpful and exceptionally friendly. Given the price level of Geneva, the room rate is very reasonable. I will certainly want to stay in the same room during my next visit to Geneva.
Cons: The hotel is at a very convenient location, in term of easy busy/tram links. However, the neighbourhood is not the most appealing though. I think it is fairly safe even at late hours at night, but somehow it is still a little bit eerie.
Pros: It was a fab little hotel. Great staff. Easy walking distance to the old town though on the other side of the lake. Very close to train station. Down a side street so very quiet.
Pros: The staffs were helpful! Chocolate on arrival, that was nice! The conecting rooms were super, with 2 rooms in one!
Pros: Great location Friendly and helpful staff
Pros: The hotel was furnished very nicely and we loved our rooms. We booked this room because of an unsatisfactory AirBnB apartment and we were definitely surprised. The room was clean and comfortable and designed very classy. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities and also a large space which increases the comfort level. The hotel also has a business center for those that needs to print documents (very convenient). Wifi speed is great and breakfast is not bad. It was located very close to the main station as well.
Cons: Parking was a little expensive for 35CHF per night.
Pros: Central location, just off a main street a 5 minute walk from main train and bus station. Room was very comfortable with good facilities and housekeeping each morning. Staff was very friendly and breakfast included in the rate was enjoyable. First visit to Geneva and enjoyed it. The city is expensive, more so than anticipated. I would return, but have a long list of other places to visit too.
Cons: The view from the hotel was opposite a rather derelict (but occupied) building - not much the hotel can do about that.
Pros: The room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Ideally situated a stones throw from the lake, Eastwest Hotel is a haven of discreet luxury, irresistible charm and intimacy. Behind a classic faade, the contemporary interior is an artful blend of East and West, with the warm atmosphere of a private home. The open-air patio and its wall of free flowing water add to the feeling of peace and serenity of this urban oasis. Understated luxury, cosy comfort and attentive service define the art of living at Eastwest Hotel.
Pros: The staff was excellent, very chic.
Cons: The menu in the bar was very limited. It was a open plan (the bathroom is basically in your bedroom. Most importantly you are one block away from a "sex district" so there were prostitutes all over the place if you take a wrong turn at night.
Pros: parking facilities : )
Cons: Very expensive if you just want to have a small breakfast
Pros: A really beautiful boutique hotel near the bus station, very convenient for onward trips, as I did. The room was lovely and the bathroom was excellent. There is a nice restaurant downstairs and fully stocked bar. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Cons: There is a lot of noise in the hallway from other guests slamming doors which are not on soft hinges and from the floorboards.
Pros: Eastwest Hôtel looks much nicer on the inside than on the outside. Inside, it’s very clean and modern. Our reception was very kind and friendly efficient. The front desk staff is extremely receptive. Our bed was comfortable.
Cons: Unfortunately, our Room 18 faced the street that has many clubs, so people on the street yelled throughout the nights. Ergo, I didn’t sleep well. WiFi was pretty undependable. The unfriendly, conceited bar tender insulted us. I emailed management about our negative encounter and how the bar tender should be willing to listen and have a more open mind. I have not heard back by the time of this review.
Pros: Staff is exceptionally attentive and great with my dog. They also accomodated a last minute change due to travel issue demonstrating great understanding of customer needs.
Cons: No concerns
Pros: Very clean! Well located! Nice staff.
Pros: Rooms are stylish and comfortable. Staff friendly and extremely helpful! Everything was much nicer than expected - charming place.

Pros: Live music in the evening and gluten free and diary free breakfast.
Pros: Cosy nice hotel which offers only a few rooms as an addition to the restaurant that is there in place. The staff is very helpful, the room was big, in a quite place, very nice bath room, easy to access from the city and airport (both by taxi, its not really close but this was also not the intention). Very good restaurant!
Cons: The room has actually no real windows to the outside, just to the corridor. Not really bad, you can deal with it, but a bit surprising.
Pros: The rooms were really great
Cons: Breakfast was very bad
Pros: Atmosphere, rooms, good, staff, music
Cons: Loved it all!
Pros: Great staff. Really helpful and accommodating. The rooms were large and comfortable. The food at hotel restaurant is fantastic. The breakfast pastries were the best I had in Switzerland.
Cons: Rather far from the main train station and lakefront.
Pros: Nice bedroom. Great staff
Cons: A bit noisy (both in the hotel and because of the street.

Pros: Very convenient place, just opposite the train station. Bus and tram stops only a few steps from the hotel. All the main tourist attractions within a walking distance. Comfortable beds and spacy bathroom. Very delicious breakfast (tasty bonus: hot crepes and trully cold fresh milk!!)
Pros: Location perfect, staff friendly.
Cons: Room was too warm, more pillows
Pros: location, free breakfast, free geneva travel pass and cleanliness.. also they lend you baby stroller
Cons: limited facility in the room such as no refrigerator and coffee maker (but they provide coffee and refreshment at the lobby)..but this one only small things.
Pros: We really liked this Ibis, the location is perfect! Near the station and all shops and supermarkets. No more than 10/15min walking from the Jet d’Eau and the lake. The hotel itself is small but very stylish. The breakfast is good with an OK choice of food. We definitely recommend and if ever in Geneva again would definitely consider staying there again.
Pros: Great location, opposite the main station and trams and buses. Clean and tidy, if very small rooms but breakfast was great.
Cons: Nothing, it was great.

Pros: Can’t have anything negative about this Hotel. Location, amenities, staff and service.. everything was beyond expectations and worth for the money value. Highly recommend
Cons: Nothing !
Pros: Staff were really friendly and nice. The service was also on point, staff responded quickly on the phone and were always polite and respectful. I will definitely come back here next time I come to Geneva.
Cons: Not much, I think it would be good to have a cash machine in the hotel for clients to easily get some cash on arrival.
Pros: When we checked in they were going to upgrade us for 50 percent more. The room was incredibly noisy The staff was impeccable the room was nice but way to noisy. We hardly slept
Pros: Great staff. Excellent food (but spendy!) Close to the lake.
Cons: Wifi was spotty. Temperature regulator in my shower was not working well.
Pros: Everything was wonderful
Cons: A little far from the main lake area, but not to bad.
Pros: The staff and service
Cons: The food and the food quality was very average. But taking into account the prices and the InterContinental branding, the food was very terrible. I tried a lot of the menu through room service, and was always disappointed in the quality and food prep.
Pros: Friendly, clean, high end amenities
Cons: Room size was average
Pros: Lobby bar
Cons: Dated hotel including facilities, room and bathrooms but the (high) price don’t match all that. Odd location.
Cons: Very small bathroom.
