Everything was great. Staff, breakfast, free public transport travel, room had plenty of storage space. Location good with station 5 mins walk and lake Geneva 10 mins walk.
Room was a bit warm on arrival but this was easily sorted by the lovely staff as they gave us a large fan.

The gym!! I would have given this a 10 but I really needed access to the gym at 6am but there was NOTHING to be done and the receptionist was entirely unmovable. This wasn't a health and safety situation - no one needed to be there and present in the gym - they just needed to turn the AC on and the lights. And refused to do this earlier than 6.30. I couldn't go running outside as was too dark at that time, and I needed to leave at 7.30am. It really was such as shame as it really coloured my visit. If I'd known there were restrictions on the gym opening time, and it wasn't 24 hour, I would have chosen a different hotel.
