Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. Many reviewers highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the overall cleanliness of the rooms. Several guests felt the hotel offered good value for money, especially considering Geneva's high prices. However, noise from the street and other rooms was a common complaint, and some mentioned the lack of air conditioning or small room sizes as drawbacks. Despite these issues, the positive aspects, particularly location and service, stood out in the reviews.AI-generated from customer reviews
