The staff is amazingly pleasant and professional. Very experienced and accommodative. Allowed late checkout and early check-in. Very well equipped business center, free to the guests, great spa and gym. Loved the stay.

When we checked in they were going to upgrade us for 50 percent more. The room was incredibly noisy The staff was impeccable the room was nice but way to noisy. We hardly slept

The staff and service
The food and the food quality was very average. But taking into account the prices and the InterContinental branding, the food was very terrible. I tried a lot of the menu through room service, and was always disappointed in the quality and food prep.
