Location is 5 minutes walk to Geneva train station, practically all the places i wanted to go to were reached walking staff very nice, cleanliness is excellent
The pillows at Hotel LIDO are very flat, it may be convenient to some but not to others however you can ask a second pillow and staff will be most glad to oblige

A wonderful location just nearby the city railway station and just few minutes away from the Geneva lake.
The breakfast might have been better - guess having a warm milk (instead of the cold one) or a yoghurt could have worked well.

Polite personnel! Good location, WiFi was good and the breakfast was fine. The personnel gave us swiss electric sockets, they were very polite!
The room is too small. It is a old hotel that should be renovated. The bathroom is also very old, it should be reconstructed.
