Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the train station, city center, and local attractions. Many also complimented the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms. The breakfast received positive remarks for its quality and variety. However, some guests noted issues with noise levels, particularly due to poor soundproofing, and a few mentioned discomfort with the beds or room size. Hôtel Suisse is in a convenient location just across the street from Geneva’s main train station, but it isn’t loud. It’s also adjacent to a pedestrian shopping street that takes you straight to the lake. Room and bathroom are typical European small, but it’s comfortable.
