Pros: Andara is close to Patong beach, where all the good foods, night market and bars are, but at the same time far enough to be very quiet and serene. We booked the penthouse residence with private pool together with a friend. The room was super big, with a full size kitchen (although we never really used it) and all the utensils necessary if you want to cook. It also comes with a big kitchen table and a huge living room. The porch had a comfortable couch and sitting area, it was a pity that it rained half of the time we were there. The master bedroom has a full size bath with huge bathtub. We also enjoyed the pool upstairs, it was not big, but big enough for the 3 of us to cool off and chill under the occasional sunshine. The room overall is very clean and comfortable which made it hard for us to leave. We ended up spending much of our stay in the resort, by the public pool or just in our residence. The staff was very friendly and helpful in preparing birthday cake as we booked. The Silk restaurant in the resort had some pretty good food. Across from the hotel there are a couple of nice restaurants but if you are into seafood or authentic Thai food, it’s also not far to go to Patong beach, where the Banzaan seafood market is.
Cons: The hot water for the bath tub in the master bedroom ran out very quickly so we couldn’t really fill up the bathtub.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The location Facilities Cleaness
Cons: The high prices
8,3 Excellent

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were so friendly and very helpful. I have never seen such service in all over the world. It was really world class service.. good job and keep it up
10,0 Excellent
Pros: - Very spacious and beautifully decorated rooms. Great layout. - Gym really well equipped + delicious protein drink - Fun and attentive staff - A lot of privacy (at least in September) - Spa and the therapists were marvelous - Restaurant: Fantastic pizza and green curry (not in love with burger and pasta)
Cons: - Breakfast was unfortunately slightly disappointing. Chef and staff were extremely helpful, but food quality and selection were not the highest standard. Still good to eat, but not the most fresh beacon, soggy waffles and pancakes, very basic ham. - Being a bit picky, small hiccups that make it good, but not amazing service: Transport organized by the resort (slightly overcharged, although that's expected) was fine, but driver should really work on handling the acceleration and maintain the car better. The flight was more smooth. + Baggy not waiting for the second luggage. + Towels not ready at the pool. + Slight and temporary stink in the room, from the water drain I suppose
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Large 2 bedroom apartment
Cons: Breakfast not very good the food and eggs station need to be improved

6,3 Good
Cons: We stayed at paresa resort from 7.17 to 21 July. On the evening of 7.18, In the Patong we negotiated a tuk tuk for 300 baht and boarded paresa resort. After getting off at the paresa resort we paid 400 baht, including a 100 baht tip to the tuktuk driver, but the tuktuk driver started to lie about saying that 700 baht was the agreed amount. It was not that hard to pay more than 300 Baht, but the article that tried to trick us was scandalous and did not want to pay. There was an argument between us and the driver. The driver told me to return to patong, which was his departure place, if i did not pay more than 300 baht. As everyone knows, tuk tuk drivers have sticky ties and they are associated with the local mafia.(There were also cases of assaulting tourists some time ago.) I thought it would be a great danger if I ran that tuk-tuk, of course I did not board. At that time there was a security guard at the paresa resort that watched all the events beside him, but he was just a spectator (I would rather recommend turning the gate into an automatic gate, which will save you money on labor). He look like he did not want to be involved in troublesome things. My friend asked the hotel night manager neung to call the police to get help. The hotel night manager does not appear infront of the hotel where the incident occurred, He repeatedly said that When the police came I could go to the police station. After a few requests, the police arrived and then the hotel manager came out. He insisted that the average tuk-tuk price from the original patong to the paresa resort, without hearing my word, was 700 baht and that it was the average price for locals. After I looked up the grab and explained that 400 baht was the average price of the grap, After telling the manager to complain his attitude He started work and helped us. I do not feel bad for only 300 Baht money,If we arrived at their hotel, we are having problems and then they have an obligation

Pros: The room, the cleanliness, room service, buggi service, the private pool, the staff are very kind
Cons: There is no free shuttle to Patong beach. Even the paid ones are very limited. Like 2 to Patong and only 1 from Patong and their timings are really uncomfortable, it is 3 pm and 4 pm.

7,0 Good
Pros: I went to Phuket with my family on March 2019, and stayed at At Kamila for 4 nights, there are pros and cons of this hotel. Pros: •Most of the staff is very kind (I want to highlight the MOST OF) because I had some uncomfortable momentSSS with one of the receptionists, but I put this in PROS, because the other people are very VERY kind and helpful. •The location is perfect. •The restaurant although is expensive compared to other local restaurants, the food is very good.
Cons: Cons: • There is no lift. Unfortunately for us, this is a point to highlight because one of them suffer from a leg and the lack of elevator was notorious. • The cleaning is not the best, found a pillow and a towel stained or dirty, do not know! If I come back to Phuket, maybe I would stay at AT KAMALA, but as a tip if you are comming to this island, stay in a hotel in Phi Phi where the beach is AMAZING.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable Great shower pressure Great location - 2 min walk to the beach and close to all the restaurants Staff is so welcoming and helpful - we had an early flight (before reception opened) and they went out of their way to be up and make sure our taxi arrived and we left safely Definitely recommend !

9,5 Excellent
Pros: This is our the sixth time at Sunwing Kamala. It's a great place to stay when you have kids. Facilities are really great (swimming pool, fitness center, kids playground...). Large breakfast buffet, good food and kids under 12 yo can enjoy buffet for free for dinner.
Cons: Activities for kids and adults are always the same...
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Pools were really nice
Cons: Food quality was so so and rooms could do with a refurbishment
4,5 Okay
Pros: The pool is quite good for kids. Kamala beach is a great spot.
Cons: No help with luggage at check-in; staff at check-in focussed on the penalties for losing pool towel cards rather than any form of welcome; very low balcony rails; air conditioners in the room failed to cool the room effectively, then flooded the main room; the bedroom had a push-pin lock on the inside but no key (should a child lock themselves in); breakfast buffet food was cold, despite arriving as soon as it opened; called 24 hour room service to order some coffee at 6am, as breakfast was only from 7am, and was told "no"; the phone line to reception was permanently engaged and resulted in trips down to reception to report each problem in person; the reception staff laughed as I walked in for the third or fourth time. We were booked in for a week, but stayed just one night before checking out. This hotel closes for refurb later this year. Avoid.
4,5 Okay
Pros: Big comfy beds
Cons: Too many to mention, dreadful room, building works for 9 hrs per day, filthy water in bathrooms, vile smells!

4,3 Okay
Pros: Pool and the kids activities are great
Cons: The room is really old! The toilet and the bathing room are stinky even we have requested to fix it several time. The water pressures is really weak. The room doesn’t have enough light in the room plus the bathroom and we found numbers of dead bugs on the floor.

Pros: Due to a twin hotel on the same campus, there's no children in this hotel. There's a great buffet b'fast, and many other guests seemed to have full board. Many people from Russia and Scandinavia. Two bottles of water provided free daily. Shuttle to Patong and Central Market for less than a taxi or a tuk tuk costs. Endless pools! Great restaurant locations on the beach. Swim up bar with connect four. Strong air con in the room, and free wifi in lobbies.
Cons: Rooms aren't immaculate, mould in the shower, light fittings inadevrtently showing. Towels smell less than fresh. Bathroom lighting a little dark. Some pillows lumpy (but happily provided more)

8,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean in the rooms and around the resort. The resort was well designed and had lovely greenery and a great view of the sea from 2 of the pools and the restaurant! Considering that this area is still recovering from the devastation of the tsunami, the resort is excellent, though still needing to modernise. Great breakfast!
Cons: They are working hard to modernise their resort. My mother was disappointed when the activities roster mentioned yoga and she was all ready for it and it was cancelled at the last minute due to only 3 participants. Classes should still run I believe regardless.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: No kids nice and quiet. Excellant breakfasts Brilliant pools Great value Good room service.

Pros: Good variety on breakfast and restaurant and swimming pool were awesome, location is top and all staff was very helpful and friendly

Pros: Quite and relaxing place
Cons: Location little far from center and attractive area
6,8 Good
Pros: Food good
Cons: Very expensive and along way from town. Manager rude.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: every thing was amazing
4,3 Okay
Pros: The only positive aspect of this hotel is the view.
Cons: The staff is really rude not professional at all. The cleanliness of our room was a big issue - the maid will come and not clean the jacuzzi and the bathroom which results in finding a cockroach in our shower 2 days later.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was quiet and peaceful and everything that we wanted for our holiday. Had lovely restaurants nearby as well. The view was spectacular.
Cons: The bed is too soft but maybe that's just me. Would prefer the breakfast to have a few more international options.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent sea view from room and pool. Nice, clean and spacious. Value for money. And the staffs are very helpful.
Cons: Nothing
7,5 Good
Pros: We like the staff, they are very kind. Theres a two swiming pools and they are great. The food was a little bit more expensive but was very good, a variaty of things to eat.
Cons: taxi to the central area (patong beach) was very expensive because hotel place in a feancy area altough it waant that far. We have a ants in our room at our firat night, we called the reception and they move us immediatly to another room. In our last night all the lighta in the room stop working.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I was supposed to fly from Bangkok and meet my husband who was flying in from Sydney, we were to be at Cape Sienna for 2 nights before heading to an island resort off Phuket. Jetstar cancelled his flight and I was left to holiday alone until he could get there. The hotel has very friendly staff and felt very safe. There are 2 pools, my favourite was the sienna rocks, a gorgeous infinity edge pool overlooking the ocean. There is a shuttle down to Kamala beach but it is a really easy 10 minute walk each way and takes you past lots of little restaurants and 7/11. The best part about cape Sienna is the incredible views, from the moment you step into the lobby, the rooftop bar and from your large private balcony. Would stay there again.
Cons: No complaints from me, however the resort is built on both sides of the road and whilst the road isn’t super busy, the motorbikes can be loud and could be heard when using the balcony, so if road noise bothers you .... no big deal for me though.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice quiet romantic location and a short walk to the beach. Pool was outstanding and food was really good.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Liked nothing at all .you need transport to go to the beach. Breakfast was the same stale for three days. , absolute disaster , absolutely no value for money would not recommend anybody to stay there the most useless place I have stAyed as a five star hotel
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We loved our room, the view from our room. The main infinity pool view where the bar was, that they had free kayaking and snorkeling gear for guest to use. Staff was on point and very helpful ALL the time!! We did not want to leave.
Cons: You get kind of sick of the buffet, but what are you going to complain about when breakfast is free. Luckily the first morning we were the only ones in the hotel, so we got to order for a menu and that food was GREAT!!
7,0 Good
Pros: -staff very helpful -view was amazing -if you are looking for full privacy of the pool ask the hotel to arrange for you because not all the villas are private ( they gave me the most high villa the privacy was good)
Cons: - furniture is very old - food - lightening of the room - layout of the villa (if you book a 3 bedroom villa the rooms are not connected to each other)
8,3 Excellent

Pros: The members of the staff were wonderful for us (Art, Kit, Park,...and everybody else) they did a super job to make us feel at home. Top service with a great breakfast (buffet, a la carte, champagne,...) we had every morning and also top service to bring and pick us up every time to our house there (was 5 minutes driving with golf car). Pros: Very well meitained property, nice landscape around the property and quite. Nice pool. Apartments well equipt, friendly staff. Extended twice, did not want to leave. Would recommend to anyone. Will come back.
Cons: Would not know of anything.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great location in Kamala and great place for families, with lovely grounds, friendly staff and a great swimming pool. An easy walk to the beach and Kamala and a nice quiet atmosphere.
7,0 Good
Pros: Surroundings, natural setting. Sea breeze. Proximity to beachfront. Design of place. Pools.1 large. Small garden, jacuzzi. Beautiful settings. The staff that were available were really helpful.
Cons: Door wouldn't lock. Handle to turn on shower fell off in my hand when I turned on shower. No reception staff to meet us as they finish 5pm-start 7.00am due to low session. This made sorting problems more difficult. Curtain wouldn't open and shut in sister's room. Wall light didn't work. Asked for replacement. Wasn't fixed. Airconditioning controller my room not working , battery flat. This got sorted. I was disappointed as we paid top money for a 2 bedroom deluxe apartment suite. Our most expensive and highest star rated accomodation we stayed in. 4 nights. It's a beautiful , boutique complex, surroundings, design but needs maintenance kept up & better communication about what is/isn't available during their low session.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Rooms are big and comfy and kitchen is equipped with all kinds of kitchen ware which makes it easy to cook if you want to eat in. It was perfect for our family.
Cons: There's only one restaurant at the location. The main street is a 10 to 15 mins walk away if you want to have more places to eat and shop.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: We loved this place! We really liked having a family area and kitchen. We liked having separate bedrooms without having to book separate rooms like hotel options. We like the view and the seclusion of the place. As we walked down Kamala Beach, we saw other hotels where they sit right where people walking up and down the beach can view the rooms and the pool. We enjoyed being off the beaten path. Also, the pool is secluded and there’s a hedge of shrubs, plants and trees that block the view from the walking paths to the pool. It rained about half of our time there and there were not many people ...that was good but also bad as restaurants were not functioning at optimal levels. We really didn’t have good food during our stay. The Deck was pretty good and we ate there two times. Our favorite restaurant was The Taste Bar and Grill and The Corner Restaurant....both about 20 minutes away. Kamala does not have good dining.
Cons: Food/restaurant quality in Kamala Beach
10,0 Excellent
Pros: All good in every way. No Problems
Cons: nothing
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The bedroom view was mesmerising , an eagerly helpful staff available at any hour for our needs. Kamala beach is right next to it while Patong Nd surin beach are nearby.the resort is well maintained and the pool area is clean and adorned with many trees and flowers. A natural retreat for relaxation and comfort amidst nature.

Cons: Small breakfast selection. Limited access for pool depending on room type you take. We had to upgrade because of this.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Views, pool, and grounds were fabulous and the reception and restaurant staff were professional and friendly.
Cons: I didn't like that upon checking into our room, that it was still dirty from the previous guests. There was rubbish in the room, empty drink bottles, The floor and spa had sand still on it. I was disappointed that the "special decoration" which said would be provided since we was celebrating our anniversary was not followed through. Shower head didn't work properly and flooded the bathroom every time even when the screen was closed. Lights in spa were also broken.
5,8 Okay
Pros: The view
Cons: Insects everywhere
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The room was absolutely beautiful! Very clean and very friendly staff. Beautiful views and only 15mins to central Patong, it was a fantastic stay.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I loved how clean and simple it was. Beautifully decorated areas, clean rooms equipped with everything you need. Great staff, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good! Will definitely be booking to stay here every time we come back to Phuket - stunning pool and view of the bay.
Cons: Nothing.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The view in general, specially the pool ones and our room. The staff were helpful and always smiling. The facilities in the hotel are very good.
Cons: When we first arrive they offer us a different room from the one we booked but after one day they changed it. The location is for a relaxing trip but if you’re seeking a stay next to bangla road and the center of the city this hotel is a bit far.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Almost everything. Stayed in the suite, the view was impeccable . Will definitely be back. Very lovely staff.
Cons: The only complaint I have is the gym smelled heavily of mould so we decided not to use it which was disappointing.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Staff
Cons: shower box, room floor were not so cleaned
10,0 Excellent
Pros: U Zenmaya was definitely one of the highlights during our Thailand trip. The staff was so kind and informative and even taught us some Thai phrases that we could use during our trip. Our room was spacious and super clean.
Cons: Unfortunately the pool was under construction so I cannot speak for this but they did provide us a free shuttle to a few other local pools and the beach. We took advantage and went to a nearby hotel to swim, which was beautiful and made up for the construction.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Every thing was perfect
Cons: They close the restaurant at 11 no service after 11 As we are on vacation we need to stay wake more
4,5 Okay
Pros: Location and view from room
Cons: Room was not up to scratch, floor was dusty and there was cobwebs and spiders on the ceiling. Ordered room service three times, food was cold every time. Next time would look else where to stay
4,5 Okay
Cons: No one speaks english they over charge for everything and the food is absolutely disgusting...

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Très bonne en général .
Cons: I hate breakfast,no choice, no taste .Not like star hotel food & Restaurant service also was not good. Some times first day WiFi worked slowly, after discussion with receptionist, they gave speed connection
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Close to the street but far away for quietness during night time.
Cons: Floors were extremely slippery throughout. I didn’t like getting out of bed or leaving the bathroom and worried about falling. Furniture needs to be updated and walls painted. All in All good value.
7,5 Good
Pros: We loved the location and the space in the apartment.
Cons: The cleanliness and friendliness could have been better
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We like our private jacuzzi and balcony. Our beds were comfortable and the apartment was very nice and we had TV on all 3 rooms. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Nice facilities and close to everything - shops, restaurants and beach.
Cons: The kitchen cooker looks old. It was raining throughout our stay so we only swam twice as the water was cold.
7,0 Good
Pros: Definitely the location and the size of the rooms
Cons: The shower - the water pressure is very poor also the temperature kept changing for hot to cold so annoying. The pool - not enough room to sit/ lay around the pool.
7,0 Good
Pros: We travelled as a couple with three children and my mother. We had a family apartment (four people) and a standard double room (two people). The family room was spacious and clean. The standard room was just plain standard. The pool was nice even though not very wide or deep. We were allowed to leave out luggage after checking out to go walk in town and we came back for a swim and the staff kindly allowed this even though we had already checked out. The location is right in town which is nice, however, the hotel is across the street from the beach. We saw many other accommodations across the street (sea side) which would have been handier for beach goers. This hotel does not have a view.
Cons: The breakfast is very simple and not that great. The “fresh” orange juice tasted almost like a juice made from a powder. The lady at the restaurant noticed the kids hadn’t finished their juice and offered a different kind. This was very nice of her. The hotel is nothing fancy, it does the job, the breakfast does the job, too. All in all, I think the hotel is a bit expensive for what it offers.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very large rooms with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with kitchen. Great spot to everything in Kamala. Best value for money we have ever found. Definitely return to this property.
Cons: Nothing with the property.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast where you could choose betaen different sets of breakfast...the breakfast is in a cafe/restaurant in front of the hotel
Cons: Old fashion sunbeds in plastic...and no cleaning of the balcony...the chairs on the balcony EAs White uncomfortable

Pros: The hotel is right on the beach, small friendly hotel. Breakfast was brought to our room as we choose if we wanted breakfast in the lobby or on the room balcony.
Cons: Nothing I didn’t like.
6,3 Good
Pros: - The comfy bed - Beachfront - Private - Room had patio which goes straight to the pool
Cons: - Cockroaches in my room on my first night - One of the Duplex rooms were leaking from the ceiling during the heavy downpour - butter knife was not clean when breakfast was served in the room - Mom received a butter pack that was already opened - water was leaking in the jacuzzi tub, after turning the tap off, water was still leaking - smell of the room was musty, stale and damp. - hotel is situated at the river end so the smell of the air was really something! - beach was very dirty.... all hotels on kamala beach should join hands and clean the beach together. It was very dirty compared to beaches in Malaysia
8,0 Excellent
Pros: 1. Staffs is very nice. 2. Bath room is clean . 3. The beach view is very good.
Cons: 1. I stay here 10 day, every day same breakfast menu, never update and less choices, feel boring. 2. When Kamala be power off, the hotel haven’t backup power and water for cleaning or toilet. 3. I had change 3 rooms because of the air-condition broken and power adaptor out of function(their electrical maintain very poor). 4. They never clean and refill the water form their poor during my staying(10day). They just sometime remove the leaves from poor. 5. 8,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was excellent and I would like to give special thanks to Grace at the reception, Zoey for organizing our excursions so well and Kom in the restaurant who was really a star. The food in the restaurant was good. Nice pool but quite crowded. The sea in front of the hotel is just amazing to swim in.
Cons: There was a bad smell around the hotel in certain places. The river next to the hotel also does not smell very good and was full of rubbish which was going directly into the sea. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Best for location for Seaside hotel
Cons: Far from parking
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Incredibly friendly and professional staff, beautiful location right at the north end of the beach, best breakfast selection I’ve experienced in Thailand, fab pool, really effective beach cleanup initiative, good efforts to support sustainable tourism. The handy, free return shuttle bus into Pa Tong is also a nice touch for those wanting a trip to a busier town just up the road. All in all a gorgeous hotel.
Cons: Once you pass the section of beach directly outside the hotel, there was an awful lot of rubbish washed up by the tide. This is an issue world over and not unique to this hotel, but something to be aware of as the nearby hotels aren’t so focused on having clean beaches. A real shame.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel with great beach! Only downside is nothing really around it- but only a 10 min walk down the beach to food and tuk tuks. Would study here again. A bit pricey but nice.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: This resort is in quiet end of kamala beach with its own pvt beach area, rooms are clean n nicely decorated, breakfast is fantastic, staff is v helpful manager Paul is always there to help u, we loved our stay n will be back again.
Cons: Far from restaurants and convenience stores.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: Situated on the far end of the Kamala Beach, the hotel as a virtually exclusive part of the beach. It's a 10-15 minute walk to any beach amenities like fruit shakes, massages etc., but that also means that pretty much only hotel guests use it, so it's quite clean and quiet. The sea is clean. Far from the transparent turquoise of the islands, though, but there's zero trash on the beach or in the water. Breakfasts are great. Enough variety, and everything is delicious. Pretty much western selection of foods for breakfast. Different tropical fruit smoothies every day.
Cons: The slightly secluded spot is cool, but there's an obvious downside – you have to walk 15-25 minutes to Kamala town buy anything. You have to walk through the beach, too, so any nice footwear stays in your room and you get about in rubber slippers. It is technically possible to walk on the road, but highly inadvisable, especially in the dark. There are many rocks in the water near the shore, and they are unpleasantly sharp. The water is not clear enough to spot them well. There's a construction site right next to the hotel. Windows in the D building open straight to the site. The view is not pretty, and it's noisy at times. It will definitely go on for a while, as there're just digging right now.
6,3 Good
Pros: Great view
6,8 Good
Pros: The hotel located beside the sea One of the stuff name Omer he is very nice person and helpful
Cons: Nothing
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Big room. Good wifi. Quiet location. There are no sunbeds at the beach right in front of the hotel. If you want to stay at the beach under an umbrella and on a sunbed, you have to walk 15 mins (and pay 200 bahts) - or, you can stay by the hotel's pool but cross a very small "river" on the way to the sea.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect. Vibe is very relaxing!

Pros: Our rooms were awesome!
Cons: We were not able to book our rooms for a 2nd night

Pros: Worse experience ever the front desk lost our reservations refused to listen to me speak and shouted over me the whole time “your credit card declined cancelled your room reservations you call Expedia “. Expedia called and the hotel lied told them they found reservation then turned around and charged us more then double the price for the room not beach front as requested either. We had no choice because it was late and raining out plus we were with our 5 children. The location is on the beach but only easily accessible if in a beach front cottage. Tons of mosquitoes and the staff was rude. I think this place is scandalous so stay away.
Cons: They only care about making a buck off you stay away!
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Mia who checked us in was lovely, she was very friendly and told us everything we needed to know. The pool was great and so were the bars & restaurants.
Cons: Some of the light switches in our room didn't work. Also there were so many that is was tricky to figure out which one did which light. Housekeeping didn't turn up until 4pm on our full day at the resort, we had only just got through the door from a day out and we were tired and needed showers, so asked them to wait 10 minutes. They laughed and didn't come back again. That was disappointing.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: We had a wonderful stay. The pool and gardens were real highlights and particularly enjoyed by our two kids (9 and 6yo). The rooms were spacious and we had a huge balcony with ocean views, which was lovely. Beds and linen both tops and restaurants were also good quality. We would book again. Getting out into Phuket took a bit of effort - reliant on taxis - but there is a free minibus into Patong several times a day. We would definitely go back!!!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We went to Thailand for my birthday and we choose this hotel because it's very quiet and beautiful. The hotel grounds are well kept, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. One of the house keeping lady's that I forget her name she was very nice and even teach us some very basic Thai words. At the frond desk they all nice but are favored are Sinead i think that her name and Pond they are very professional, helpful, friendly, always going that extra mile. We love this hotel so much and his employees and of course Thailand that we probably going back in April or May of next year but this time we bringing friends because now they all want to go back whit us.

Pros: Everything was perfect except the location little bit far from the center of Kamala
Cons: There are some missed information e.g. It’s not written that the bus shuttle to patong beach cost 150 bat !! There are problem was food delivery to the the property limited restaurant and sometime will not deliver your order because the location of resort.
6,3 Good
Pros: The staff are really nice, smiley and attentive! The pool is beautiful especially for sunset. Breakfast was good and the fun area around the bars was cool with darts and pool table! Gym also nice.
Cons: The rooms where very old and in serious need of a renovation. Ants, bed sheets torn, furniture badly chipped, rusty shower and the spray all over the place and the sun beds are old and cheap etc! The staff and service was amazing but the resort in general is just old... not what you expect from a Hyatt Regency! Their living off the brand name considering other resorts in the same area are much newer and fresher for same price! (Not their fault but also construction on both sides of the resort. Should surely warn guests of this when booking)
7,0 Good
Pros: Food was good quality. Regency club. Main pool was huge. Room was comfortable
Cons: Very noisy building sites on both sides of resort did not allow relaxation Absolutely nothing in the vicinity Unable to use beach Built on side of hill. OK for goats!

Pros: Staff very friendly and respectful. Can’t do enough for you.
Cons: Heard a few negative reports on TripAdvisor however I’ve found the Hotel to be an obsolete joy. Clean beautiful pool and spotless room and restaurant facilities
5,0 Okay
Pros: Nice pool. Staff were generally friendly.
Cons: Found a snake in our bed room doorway one morning. I have a 2 year old and a 4 year old. Thank goodness it was my husband who saw the snake and the kids didn't pick it up and get bitten. Hotel isn't located beach front and a 5min taxi ride to the beach is 350-400baht. General feeling is that the hotel is a bit old and in need of refurbishing. Does not live up to Hyatt 5 star rating.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The property was not bad it’s nice and the rooms where perfect and how to get around the property by golf cart it’s nice the pool and the view off the ocean it’s nice
Cons: There are some points you need to know about it there is no shops around the property you need to go to the city and there are two ways the city will take you 15min to go there and there other city it needs 25min to go to that was not good for me because I didn’t know that it was so far away from the location sometimes you need to change clothes or relax you can’t because it’s far from your location that’s The only thing that I didn’t like about the property

Pros: View, spa service
Cons: Some staffs were not friendly

Pros: Great breakfast
Cons: Logistical nightmare. One needs to b carted by golf carts on the premises. Hilly n inconvenient to walk. One depends on taxi to get to anywhere. Nothing to do in the vicinity of the hotel. Beach in front of the hotel not suitable for swimming.

Pros: Kids loved the slide and the pool and the fun evening entertainment. Sai, who did the activities was great with the kids. Great facilities for kids outside, kids club a bit tired and all toys were broken.
Cons: Getting back from the beach is a pain, it’s further than the 4 minutes it claims and although the golf buggy drops you close you still have to cross a really large very busy major road and then you have to walk back and there is no way to contact hotel to get buggy, in the heat with three small kids this is not fun and makes the beach an effort.

Pros: Location and accommodation is great. Absolutely cater to kids and family with activities and atmosphere. The staff is amazing and goes above and beyond to give you a great time. My young son has celiac and they took it upon themselves to custome make cake and cupcakes that were gluten free and left them in our room. This was amazing and very thoughtful as our son has had extremely limited food options. This place is great!
