Pros (+) U Zenmaya was definitely one of the highlights during our Thailand trip. The staff was so kind and informative and even taught us some Thai phrases that we could use during our trip. Our room was spacious and super clean.
Cons (-) Unfortunately the pool was under construction so I cannot speak for this but they did provide us a free shuttle to a few other local pools and the beach. We took advantage and went to a nearby hotel to swim, which was beautiful and made up for the construction.
