Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praise the hotel's excellent central location, especially its proximity to the train station and city attractions, making it convenient for travelers. Cleanliness is also frequently mentioned positively, with several guests noting the rooms are well-kept. Value for price is appreciated, particularly given Geneva's high costs. However, there are some negative comments about customer service, room size, and outdated facilities, but these are less commonly mentioned than the positives.
